Half A Heart

~ Capri's POV ~

"Capri! Wow I haven't seen you in such a long time!" Ed exclaimed and opened is arms for a hug. I stepped in and laughed lightly.

"Yeah, I guess it has been a while." I said and Harry walked away to talk to Liam.

"I heard what went down between you guys...you're crazy for going back to him." He said and I widened my eyes.

"What do you mean?" I questioned and he chuckled.

"He left you for another woman, and then took away your daughter. I would have had him on his ass by now." He said and I weakly laughed.

"Yeah well, I forgave him and he forgave me....everything's normal now." I said and he nodded with a smile.

"Good to hear...congratulations on the baby! I was going to send a card but I wouldn't have known the address." He shrugged and I smiled.

"Thank you. We're super excited." I said and nodded.

"I bet. How far along are you?"

"Barely three months." I responded.

"Where's that Darcy of yours?" He asked and looked around.

"The living room you go ahead I'm gonna go say hi to Perrie and Zayn." He nodded and disappeared down the hall as I made my way over to the couple.

"Capri! You look hot! Sorry I couldn't help today. The place looks great, though!" She smiled and I hugged her tightly.

"Oh yeah, Zayn thank you so so much for all of this! I'm more than pleased with this house." I said and hugged him too.

"You're very welcome. I'm glad you like it...Harry picked everything out we just consulted him." He said and I laughed.

"Thanks anyway." I kissed his cheek and he kissed mine before I walked into the kitchen where Harry was talking to Liam and Niall.

"Hey!" Liam and Niall greeted as I walked up to them.

"Hey guys, thank you for this! This house is beyond amazing." I gushed and hugged the two of them.

"You're welcome, Caps. You know we always want to help." Niall joked and I laughed before walking over to the fridge.

"Hey." Harry said and I turned around.

"What?" I asked.

"No hug for me?" He pouted and I rolled my eyes.

"You live with me...I think you can deal." I said and he put on a pained expression.

"Fine then." He said and I laughed, while walking over and wrapping my arms around his middle as he pulled me close.

"Everyone's here except Michael, Cal, Luke, and Ash." I said and he chuckled.

"Are you checking names off your list?" He teased and up I stayed silent. "Wait, really?" He asked, highly amused.

"Maybe! It's not bad to be efficient!" I defended and he burst into laughter.

"What's so funny?" Niall asked and I continued to glare at Harry.

"He thinks it's ridiculous that I'm being efficient." I pouted and Harry stopped his laughter.

"I'm sorry. It's cute that you have a list." He said and bit his lip to hold himself back from repeating the action of laughing.

"Shut up! You suck!" I said and he pecked my lips.

"All better?" He asked and I fought back my smile.

"No. Try again," I said and he kissed me once again.

"How about now?" He asked and I shook my head.

"I think you should try one more time." I said and he smiled before kissing me again, this time longer.

"Ugh! Can you stop being cute?! It's ruining my appetite." Niall said and Harry pulled away from the kiss to flip him off.

"I better get back to the girls and things. Love you." I said and kissed his cheek.

"Love you more." He said and I giggled.

"Sure, we'll go with that." I said and walked out of the kitchen and into the sitting room where the doorbell was rung. I hurried over and answered it to reveal the four boys that are the only ones missing from the party.

"Capri! Holy shit, it's been too long." Michael greeted and I laughed.

"I know! It's great to see you. How have you all been?" I asked as each one walked up and hugged me.

"Enough about us, how are you?! You're pregnant! That's amazing." Calum said and they all stood in front of me.

"I'm good...I'm great actually, thanks for asking-" I was cut off by Ed walking up to us with a crying Darcy.

"What happened?" I asked and took her from his arms.

"We were just chillin' and she started crying...I don't know what happened." He said and I wiped away her tears.

"Thanks, Ed." I smiled and he nodded his head at the four boys before walking away.

"Awe! She's so freaking adorable." Ashton gushed and she giggled as he poked her belly.

"She's getting so big." Luke said and I nodded.

"I know! It scares me sometimes. You wanna hold her?" I asked and Luke nodded.

"What if I want to hold her!?" Ashton pouted and I chuckled.

"Take turns. Don't fight over my child please, and of she's hungry or something don't feed her something that will make her sick." I warned and Ashton huffed.

"You feed her something Michael made, and your labeled for life." He muttered and I laughed before joining the people in the kitchen.

"Capri, right?" I turned my head and nodded at Grimmy, he didn't know my name? "It's nice to meet you. I've heard a lot about you." He smiled this...uncomfortable smile. It was most certainly fake. He took in my appearance and darted his tongue out to wet his lips. Oh.

"You too." I said and attempted to hide my nervousness around him. He's oddly unsettling.

"See you around?" He asked and I nodded stiffly. He winked before he walked away and I was left to catch my breath. What was that? He most certainly knows who I am...we've had conversations before!

"You okay, Capri? You look pretty shaken up." Jesy said and I smiled at her.

"I'm fine, yeah. How are you?" I asked and she started talking about Little Mix and their tour coming up. I tried to keep up with her but ended up think about Grimmy and his sketchy behavior. The last time I met him he looked at me the same way. It gave me chills.

Before. I knew it, Jesy was ending the conversation and walking away. I stood by myself and stared at the ground, lost in my own thoughts until I decided to go to an empty room. I leaned up against the wall in the living room while everyone was scattered in the sitting room and kitchen.

"What are you doing in here?" I turned around and my heart rate increased as Nick Grimshaw stood in front of me.

"Nothing, I was just getting back to the party." I began to walk away but he grabbed my wrist and pulled me to him. Before I could pull away he had me pinned against the wall. Uhhh. What just happened?!

"Stay and chat, yeah?" He asked and I tried to push him off me.

"N-no! Get off me!" I yelled and he took my other hand pinning them both above mine with his.

"Shhh." He said and brought his lips to my neck. No. Absolutely not. I attempted to bring my knee to his crotch but he brought his knees in between mine to separate my legs. How...what?

"P-please..." I whimpered but he didn't respond. "You're hurting me." He moved his right hand in between my thighs and I chocked on my breath. He was getting dangerously close to me. His hand rubbed harshly over my intimate area as he bit and sucked on the skin below my ear. Hot tears spilled over my cheeks and I wanted to scream...

I just couldn't find the courage or voice to do so.

~ Harry's POV ~

I watched as Capri looked around nervously and exited the kitchen to walk into the living room. I brushed it off until I saw Grimmy follow her.

What?

I should go see what's going on...Capri never really felt comfortable around him anyway.

"Hey, Ashton hold I that thought. I'll be right back." He nodded and turned to join the conversation between Michael and Ed.

I padded down the hallway and came just short of the living room to listen in on the conversation...of they're even talking to one another.

"P-please...You're hurting me." She whimpered and my chest tightened. I turned the sharp corner and I nearly lost my shit. He had her pinned against the wall with both her wrists held above her head with just his one hand, his other hand was under her skirt and between her thighs. I clenched my fists and walked up behind him, I pulled his collar back and he detached from her. She still had her eyes squeezed shut, and she brought her red wrists over her mouth to muffle her sobs.

"You come into our home, and have the courage to touch her?! Are you fucking kidding me?!" I yelled at him and Capri's eyes shot open. She moved her trembling body from the wall and took small steps towards me. I opened my arms up to her and she practically jumped into them.

"A-are you okay? Did he hurt you? Touch you?" My voice cracked with worry and fright as she buried her face in my chest.

"We were just having a little fun, don't make a big deal out of nothing!" He said and a knowing smile spread across his face. What a sick dude.

"Fun? You have some serious nerve. How dare you force yourself on her after what she's been through!" She fisted the back of my shirt tighter, and I stopped myself from saying anything about her dad...that would not help the situation.

"What has she been through exactly?" He asked with a smirk.

"Babe, go get Zayn and get upstairs okay?" She kept her head down as se walked out of the room and down the hall.

"You got yourself a little whore there." He chuckled and I grabbed him by his collar before shoving him against the wall. Hard, might I add.

"Listen you little prick, you have no fucking right to do that to her. In case you didn't notice, she's pretty fucking shook up about the 'fun' you just had. You crossed a line. No, you crossed a fucking boundary by even making her uncomfortable. She doesn't deserve that treatment anymore and I'm the one who's supposed to protect her from this type of shit! Where was I when you touched her? I was in my kitchen think everything at this party is completely safe for her and my daughter. How fucking stupid is that?! You were my friend, and you do shit like this?! That's fucked up on so many levels and you should know not to ever touch a lady like that!" I yelled and stepped back to collide my fist with his jaw. He looked at me with wide eyes before smirking. That fucking smirk!

"You piece if shit!" I exclaimed and practically tackled him to the ground. Many punches were thrown to his face as I had him pinned to the ground. It wasn't long until his face was visually bloody and he stopped fighting back. Images of him hurting her flashed through my mind, and that made my anger intensify and my hits harder.

"Harry!" Someone exclaimed and I made it out to be Liam's. I didn't stop my assault as more people yelled at me to do so.

"You're going to kill him!" Capri. He pushed me off of him as I paused my punches to his face.

"You're crazy!" He said and I stood up.

"I'm not fucking crazy! You're that one that touched my girlfriend!" I screamed and he rolled his eyes.

"It's not a big deal!" He argued.

"Really?! It is to me. It is to her. You seem to be the only one that thinks this is nothing!" I felt a hand on my arms and I flinched at the sudden contact. I turned around and noticed we attracted everyone's attention. They were all standing there silent, and with mouths agape.

"You did what?" Zayn yelled and started to charge at Grimmy.

"No! He's clearly hurt enough! I think he's learned his lesson." Capri spoke up and we all looked at her tear-stained face.

"You're defending him?!" Zayn yelled and she looked at all of our friends.

"Of course not! I think he should just leave, and forget about all of this!" She exclaimed and I sighed.

"Am I missing something?" Ashton said as he entered the room with a chip in his hand. Everyone stayed silent.

"You. Out. Now." I seethed while pointing to Grimmy. He took slow strides as he passed me but stopped right next to. Capri.

"I love the skirt, by the way." He said and then winked at her. She tugged at the hem of the skirt in attempt to cover more of her legs, and he chuckled before walking out the front door.

"That guy's a dick." Luke said and everyone still stayed silent.

"May I ask what happened?" Ashton spoke up again and I looked to Capri. She just kept her eyes on the ground and fiddled with the hem of her skirt. That damn skirt. "No? Okay." Ashton said.

"Can we please not talk about it?" She whispered, but only I heard her.

"Yeah, I need to go get cleaned up. We'll be right down. Don't do anything crazy." I said and I followed Capri upstairs. After we shut the door behind us she instantly broke down into tears.

well, that sux. Btdubs I love Grimmy, personally, he is Harry's friend but sadly I needed a bad guy for this chapter so...he had to be him:/ I LOVE ED SHEERAN TOO MUCH FOR HIM TO BE THE PERV so, Grimmy it is.

OH! i'm ending this story at some point...well, duuh. But I'm just letting you know in the next month or so the story of Capri and Harry will be finished off completely! :'(
