Vanessa's Pov-

It was a Sunday night which means the first day of school was tomorrow. (I couldn't wait) I grabbed my pj's and entered the bathroom to take a shower. After my shower I quickly dried off and got dressed. Right before I could get a chance to go to my bedroom and fall asleep; there was a knock downstairs. I quickly ran downstairs to answer the door and it was a couple standing in front of me.
"Hi, may I help you?" I questioned. "I'm sorry to bother you like this at this time of night; but, my husband and I just moved in next door our son is upstairs. He didn't want to wake up and greet the neighbor so; I just figured that I tell him to come over tomorrow and stop by since we came over and decided to greet ourselves first." The lady responded with a British accent in her tone.
"Thanks, I'll tell my parents that you stopped by; what are your names?" I asked.
"We're the Malik's, I'm Tricia and this is my husband Yasir." Tricia introduced herself and her husband.
"It was nice meeting you." I replied.
"It was nice meeting you too; wait, what's your name?" Tricia asked.
"I'm Vanessa." I introduced.
"It was nice meeting you." Tricia smiled.
"Thanks." I nodded as a deep sign of respect.
"Alright, well you have a lovely night and we'll tell our son to stop by in the morning." Yasir replied.
"Thank you, and you guys do the same." I replied as they shut the door.
