I kick furiously. This was the end. I closed my eyes and let out all my air, as i tried to breath in, water filled my lungs. His hands closed in tighter around my throat. i could feel my energy slowly fading away. My name is is Jessica Tomlin- i mean my name is Jessica Hughes. This is how i got here.

"Evan I'm gonna kick your flat arse the first chance--"
" Jessica Hughes?"

I look at my wide open front door. A very tall slender man stood there. " You have been served." he says handing me paperwork. I take it and open it immediately. I fall to my knees. They were taking my house. My home, my life... gone...I was gonna be homeless.. "Evan?" I muttered. No he wouldn't.... I looked at the papers underneath.

They weren't taking my house, Evan was divorcing me and taking the house. I get up and stomp my way up the staitrs to the master bedroom. I slam open the bathroom door and open the shower door. Evans wwet body was glistening, he looked so sexy.... I shook it away. I was pissed. " You want a fucking divorce?!"

I startled him. " Babe..." He protests. " You know what, take it all." I throw the papers in the hot shower and grab a suit case and put clothes in it. I feel him rather than hear him walk up behind me. His body is radiating heat. "Please don't." " Jess I am doing this because I'm not happy.. I want a family. I want kids with you!" I turn around and hold him close to me. I can't help but cry.

He has been thelove of my life since High School. " I will be back tomorrow to get the rest of my stuff." I tell him. I finish packing and I try my best not to trip down the stairs with my 4 suit cases. I quickly hurry to my Dark Grey 2012 Honda Civic.

I pop the trunk and toss all my stuff I have in hand in there. I go back to the front door to grab some snack, looking at the ground I accidentally run into Evan. I slammed into his hard chest, and quickly cursed at my stupidity. " Jess, please stay. I still lo--" " People who love each other Evan don't file for a divorce and try to take everything."

I push past him and I hear him follow me into the kitchen. i start throwing small snacks into a plastic Bashas bag. I start to breath heavily, before i realize it I'm crying.

" Oh baby no....." Evan comes up behind me and pulls me to him. He turns me around and hugs me tightly. He starts to sway a but calming me. I listen to the beating of his heart and I almost fall asleep.. I look up and find him staring at me in that way... Lust stirs deep within me. He leans in and kisses me passionately.

He takes me hips and pushes them deep into his body, the friction causes me to moan. He slips his tongue into my mouth and our tongues turn and twist together. Making love with him... Oh the sweet love... I pull away and rest my forehead against his.

" I have to go." I pull away completely and grab my snacks and leave. I get in the car, not sure where I'm going. I soon realize, its snowing. I stop, its snowing to much. I decide to park the car on the d=side of the road until morning. I lean my seat back and keep the radion on while How to save a life by the Fray played.

I let myself slowly drift away into the darkness of the night.
