Hey ok so before I write the chapter... I just wanted to say sorry for not updating, I had a lot to do, I was had crew (rowing) and swim practice and a billion tests. So sorry... I will be updating more now that I am on break... ok love you lots <3... Hayden..

Harry's POV

"Look, I don't know who you are and I'm not sure if I can trust you, I do know, however, that Hayden has been a fan of One Direction since she was 12 or so, and in addition to that, she has always liked you best. She says that you seem like you are the nicest and sweetest to everyone and, even thought she had never met you, she said that she felt that you two were alike in more ways than most." Maddie said to me.

"Well I have only known her personally for a few days, but I have remembered her since the day I met her, six years ago. She was beautiful and kind and so sweet to everyone else and I couldn't help but remember her and now, I have been given the gift to see her again. I intend to use this opportunity." I replied.

"Uh huh. Hayden has been through a lot, I cannot bear to watch my baby sister get hurt yet another time. Especially after Austin. But, I will let her tell you that. But I SWEAR, if I ever hear that you hurt her, even if you pinched her a little too hard, I will hut you down, cut off your dick then sew it back on and cut it off again. Do you understand?" I bobbed my head up and down quickly while covering my man parts and crossing my legs. She laughed at my reaction. "Well I'm glad I can get this point across." We exited the room.

"Maddie! Come on, we have to set up this table and get everything out before Hayden gets back in..." Tori glanced at her watch, "TEN FUCKING MINUTES, MOVE, MOVE, MOVE PEOPLE!!!" She shouted, but I was only thinking of Hayden.

~~Ten Minutes Later~~

From Cam: I just wanted to make sure u went to the grocery, we r running out of food.

Tori read aloud to all of us. "Why does that text matter?"

"It's the warning text, meaning that they are going to be here in one minute, like on their way up... PLACES!" She said. Niall and I took our place crouching behind the giant table we had just finished putting together. Harrison, Jack and Maddie were right against the wall on the inside of the little hallway leading to their rooms. Niall and Zayn were hiding in between the pushed together furniture, and Liam and Matthew were hiding opposite them, in the corner. Tori stood right in the middle of the room holding an automated light switch. She flicked the light off and we waited.

Hayden's POV

Cam and I stepped out of the car and walked into the dorm building. He kept glancing at me and smiling, and I kept getting the feeling that he was going to say that he was't interested in me or had decided that he didn't want to go out again. Ugh, what a great way to begin the birthday week. But that might not be it, maybe he is just a little antsy, but who knows, I sure don't. As we were waiting for the elevator he pulled out his phone. "Whatcha doing?"

"Just making sure Tori went to the grocery, we are running low on food."

"No we aren't." I said confused.

"Well let me clarify, food I like. You may like raisin bran and salmon, but I am more of a lucky charms pizza guy." He said.

"Well then I don't think that this will work out." I said, barely maintaining a straight face. We both cracked up as he whipped out his key. He swung open the door and the lights were off. I turned to ask him if the others were out or something, when the lights flicked on, I was surrounded by balloons and streamers and Tori, standing in the middle of the room beaming. I was about to walk over when everyone jumped out of a spot and shouted surprise at the top of their lungs... At first I thought that it was just the boys and Jack but Maddie and Matt and Harrison were all here and I was ecstatic.

"Maddie!" I made a beeline for her. "I thought you weren't coming until Thanksgiving morning?"

"Well that was the point nugget, and I am staying for Thanksgiving, that's why the table is here, incase you were wondering." I laughed.

"Ya, I was just a little curious. Matt and Harrison, again you guys are here, and I am just amazed at what you guys did, I mean really you didn't need to do this." I said looking at all of them.

"Hey Hayden, you know the best part about having the biggest room in the building?" Tori asked.

"What?" I laughed, already knowing the answer.

"There is no one underneath you to tell you to 'SHUT THE FUCK UP!'" Tori, Cam and Jack said in unison. We all laughed at each other, it really was nice because we never had to worry about music or anything because we had so much more distance between everyone else. We blasted the music, starting with Timber by Pitbull ft. Ke$ha. Now Harrison, well he was too young to drink but right now none of us gave a fuck, it was my birthday and he is an adult, if he wants to get drunk he can. Jack poured a round of shots and we toasted. Some might think, oh this is only a party with like 11 people, that can't be fun. But keep in mind dear friends that this party is being held in our small dorm, thus it was fun. Harry came over to me and gave me a hug.

"You look beautiful, happy birthday Hayden." He said. He pulled my arm over a bit. I had only had a one shot and was halfway through a beer but I was still pretty sober so I was a little confused. "Hayden, I would like to take you out tomorrow night. Ever since I met you I have known that I would make you mine so would you please just go out to dinner with me?"

"Harry, I've known you like two days, do you really want me to be 'yours'?" I asked using air quotes around yours.

"No Hayden, the first time I met you."

"The firs... Oh." He meant at GMA. "That was what, six years ago? How do you--"

"Hayden do you remember this?" He pulled out a weathered picture out of his wallet. It was of all of us backstage, he was kissing my cheek. "This picture is in my room, in my wallet so that I can see you everyday and never forget your beauty." He leaned down and kissed me lightly. "And just once I would like to go out with you, and hopefully do that to you once more."

"O-ok. Sure I will go out with you." I said still shocked that Harry Styles had just asked me out. Harry was smiling like an idiot when my phone rang. I checked caller id, CSI LAB. I picked up and Dani was on the line.

D: Hayden, thank God you picked up. You have to get down here, we might have just gotten a tip to solve the case.
H: What do you mean might of?
D: I mean we just got a call tipping us off where the cashier might be.
H: Oh right she still hasn't come in yet.
D: Yes, how fast can you get here?
H: I can be there in 3 minutes, if I can use the siren.
D: Go for it, the faster the better.

I hung up. "What's wrong?" Harry asked. I held up my finger asking for a minute. I strode over to the music player and pressed pause.

"What's wrong, Haydie?" Tori said rushing over to my side.

"CSI called, I have to go to the lab, we might have a lead, you guys continue. I don't know when I will be back but hopefully it will be soon." I said. I quickly walked into my room and grabbed my gun and badge and walked back into the main area. Everyone was still standing there looking at me. "Well go on. I won't be gone too long. Don't you worry." I heard several no's and that they would wait before doing anything else. I walked out of the room and down the hallway to the elevator. I waited the painful minutes as the elevator took its time to rise to the level I was on.

"Hayden! Wait." I heard Harry call.

"Harry, what are you doing here?! I am going to work, you have to go back."

"No, I am going to stay here with you. I am go with you to your place."

"Fine. Get in." I said gesturing to the elevator. We rode down and got into the car, my beautiful car. It was a white h2 hummer and I loved it so much. Hummers had always attracted me and I was so glad to get it when I had turned 16. I turned on the siren and pulled out of the parking lot. Immediately cars pulled out of the way to let me through.

Ok so again if you are reading this I am so sorry that I didn't update for so long but I promise for the time being I am hoping to update maybe once a day once every other day and if you guys are lucky, twice a day. I am definitely updating again today so look out for it.
