Back Again

Cam's question

Hayden's POV

"Ok, well let's see. We will do this. Tori, Jack and Cam, you guys stay in my room, we can do something like on the floor or whatever. Harry you can go and stay in Cam's room with Zayn and Louis because he has one of those full twin bunks. Niall and Liam can stay where they are and when Matt and Harrison come they stay in Tori's room, they can share the guys bathroom and Cam and Jack you guys can just use mine and Tori's, work for everyone?" I watched as heads nodded in agreement. "And Cam and Jack we will figure out some way for you to sleep, maybe we can just do guys in one bed and girls in the other, or even Tori and Jack and Cam and I... anyway, you guys want food?"

"Sure." Jack said.

"Hayden, can I talk to you outside?" Cam asked.

"Sure." We headed outside the dorm. "If this is about letting them stay here, than I am really sorry, I didn't know you guys would be here. I mean not that I don't love it but..." Cam crashed his lips onto mine, rough and passionate. I kissed him back with as much fierceness as I could before he suddenly pulled away.

"I want to take you out tonight." He said, smiling.

"Cam, you know I will never be able to do stuff like that..."

"Why because of that dickhead Austin?! He didn't love you when I did, I was going to tell you when he ruined it. He made it impossible for me to tell you because you were so broken. Just once... please?"

"I- I..." I trailed off.

It was freshman year in college and Austin and I were as happy as ever. The night before was our two-year anniversary and he had gotten me a beautiful promise ring. We had just gotten our bunk assignments and he wasn't happy that I had two guys with me, but they seemed so nice. One had hit it off immediately with Tori, the other, boy was he hot. But no you have an amazing boyfriend, who you shall no go surprise with your amazing present that you got him. I had gotten him car. Been saving for it since the day we met. He was going to love it, I knew it for a fact. I was walking up to his dorm and saw his two friends sitting outside of their dorm across the hall. I politely said hi but they looked at me with some pity in their eyes. I had no idea why. I my extra key to get into his dorm when I heard it. The exasperated pants of a woman, coming from Austin's room. I barged through the door to see my boyfriend fucking a girl. I only had one question. How long? I felt the words slip out of my mouth. He replied, six months. I screamed as hot tears flooded my face. I slapped him across the face and went over to attack the bimbo he was in bed with. Thats when the boys from across the hall ran in. They pulled me off her while I was screaming and crying. I ran outside and got in the car I had bought him and drove to a gas station. I parked the car in the back and went to the front with two gas cartons and filled them up. Then I went into the gas station and bought a lighter. I doused the car with the gasoline and lit it on fire, tossing the lighter with it. Then I ran to the nearest spa and had them dye my hair, give me a full body scrub and rip my nails off. If he had touched it, I was going to do everything in my power to get rid of it. I walked home when they were done with me, the tears still streaming down my face. I ran up to my dorm and slammed the door as I walked into my room. Jack, Cam and Tori all came running in. What's wrong they asked. I didn't respond. I just stood up and walked over to my closet. I tore off every item of clothing that he had every touched or had given me and shoved them into a trash bag, along with every picture of us, everything he had given me went into the bag. The I tied it and walked right out of the dorm. I walked to the RA's room and asked him to burn it. He came back with the ashes in a jar. I took the jar back and went back to my dorm and tied it with a ribbon, then attached a note 'This is what all your shit meant to me, NOTHING. And take the fucking ring and give it to your slut.' with the ring and ran to his dorm, opened the door and placed it right inside. When I got back to the dorm, Jack and Cam tried to comfort me while Tori tried to find out what happened. When I had cried to a point where it hurt to cry anymore, I began to explain what happened. Just as I was finishing there was a knock on the door. Cam stood up and opened it. Austin stood there holding the jar, red eyes and a puffy nose. "Can I talk to you Hayden?"

"She doesn't want to talk to you, she just got rid of you now go away." Jack said standing up.

"No guys I want to hear this. I'll be outside." I walked outside "What."

"Why do you do this to me?" Why do you make me feel this way? I don't get it, you really had to do this?"

"Do what Austin. I thought I loved you but I don't you are the only person who I ever actually genuinely hate with every fiber in my being. I think I'm leaving schools."

"No don't do that, I'll leave. I was the one who fucked up."

"Damn right you did, well are you gonna leave?"

"Ya, I'll see you again someday, hopefully."

"I'll be praying against that chance." And I walked back into the dorm. That was the very first time I decided I really liked Cam.
