Above & Beyond
☁Chapter Ten☁
"Ding Dong!"
Liam set me down quickly and I wiped the lipstick off of his mouth. I grabbed my bag off the sofa and bolted up the stairs into Liam's room. I shut the door behind me and listened to the conversation through the door.
"Mom, Dad. W-why are you home so early?" Liam asked.
"Your father missed our reservations at Annisa. Not surprising might I add." Liam's mother said.
"Karen! I told you I made reservations! It's the restaurant's fault!" Liam's father almost yelled.
"Whatever I just think that-" She stopped talking.
"Liam..." She started.
He was silent.
"What is that perfume smell?" She asked loudly.
"Uhh...I...maybe it's yours?" He asked.
Dammit, It's my perfume!
"No. It is not. Do you have a girl over?" Her tone was filled with anger.
He didn't reply.
"I see...It better not be Mr. Parker's daughter" She said.
Liam broke.
"What's so fucking bad about her?" He yelled.
"Do not speak to your mother that way!" His father yelled.
I then grabbed my bag and walked down the long stair case revealing myself.
"I think I'll just head out," I started looking straight into Liam's eyes. "I'm clearly not wanted here"
He sighed loudly pushing pass his parents towards me.
"Then I'm going with you" He said taking my hand in his.
"Liam" I whispered as his parents eyed me.
"You aren't going with that slut" His father spoke.
Slut? What the hell? I couldn't take anymore. I let the tears fall as I ran out of their house, running on the side walk with Liam high on my heels.
"Babe!" He yelled grabbing my arm, stopping us.
I turned into his chest and cried. He was the only one I could talk to. I couldn't talk to my dad, or Carla, maybe Murdle, DEFINITELY NOT TIFFANY.
"Slut? Really?" I managed to get out.
"I know, they're assholes. You aren't a slut." He chuckled deeply.
"Where am I going to go? I can't go back to my house, somone will get ahold of my father." I said.
"I have an idea." He stated.
I pull away. "What?" I ask with a tear stained face.
"Run away with me." He said
