Harry's POV.

"Look I'm sure you don't want to talk about this. But if you want this to go further than here like I do we have to talk about all of it now." I said to her. She needed to be honest with me. What was she so scared of? I wasn't just going to decide I wanted nothing to do with her. She sat there in silence staring at my floor avoiding eye contact with me. I grabbed her other hand now, "Ash..please talk to me." I said to her with pleading eyes.

"I'm worried that you're going to realize I'm not as cool as you think I am. I'm worried that you're going to just leave. I'm worried that I'm not going to be good enough for this lifestyle you live. I'm worried that in the future your fans won't like me. I'm worried that my past is going to come out and you're going to figure out that you want nothing to do with me. I'm worried that this thing that we don't have going on yet is going to affect where I get with work. It's just everything Harry. I've seen it from the outside and it looks scary. I can't even imagine how it is from this side." She said to me with tears threatening to spill from her eyes. I looked at her sadly.

How could she think I was just going to walk away? What has happened to her in this life where she would just assume that? I wrapped my arms around her and held her. Her face buried in my chest with tears now streaming down my shirt. She pulled away not looking at me so I kissed her forehead.

"I think I'm going to go to sleep..." she said to me making me realize that she wanted to be left alone. "Ohkay..we can talk more later?" I asked her. She nodded in agreement and I left her in my room alone.


Ashlynn's POV.

I told him my worst fears. Something I wasn't good at. Then I basically told him to leave; pushing people away. Something I was good at. I want to know Harry. I need him in my life. Didn't I? I looked for my bag and searcher for my phone calling Jayci, the only person I wanted to talk to right now.

"Ashlynn..are you ohkay?" She asked while answering the phone.

"How did you know I wasn't?" I asked her knowing she knew everything.

"Best friend telepathy remember?" I laughed at her reply. She really did have that it didn't matter she knew all! I told her the events from the last two days. From work to being attacked in the street to waking up in Harry's bed to spending the day with him today. All she said was "damn....I WANT TO MOVE TO LONDON." I laughed at her words knowing she would have the most amazing time here. I told her about Harry's and my most recent conversation.

"Ashlynn Grace, you can not let all the bad things in the past determine what your happiness is tomorrow. You moved to get away from all the shit in Fort Worth...you weren't supposed to take it all with you. Don't mess this up. Don't let your Dad or Brendan or your Mom or anyone for that matter take this away from you." She was right. I needed to let Harry in, he served to know why I was so guarded. And I would tell him but just not tonight. So I went to sleep deciding I would tell him tomorrow if he actually wanted to hear it.


Harry's POV.

It was now 4AM and I am still away staring at the ceiling fan thinking about all that Ashlynn said to me. She had a point about all of it. This wasn't a life style choice for everyone. If she did decide to try to be with me..it would be hard and if it didn't work out I would hate myself for all of it.

"NO, GET OFF OF ME....PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE...I DIDN'T MEAN TO...GET OFF!!" I heard Ashlynn screaming from my upstairs bedroom!

I threw myself off of the couch to run up the stairs and into my room afraid of what I would find. She was laying in my bed yelling tossing and turning trying to get away from something. I ran to the bed, now shaking her trying to wake her up. " Ashlynn...ASHLYNN, WAKE UP! " She kicked and screamed. "ASHLYNN PLEASE WAKE UP BABE IT'S JUST A DREAM. OPEN YOUR EYES.!"

Her eyes shot open and she tried escaping my hold until she realized who I was. Looking up at me, crying her eyes out she now held on tighter than anyone's ever held me. "It's ohkay..you're safe now. It was just a dream..I'm here. Nothing bad is going to happen to you as long as I'm here." I said to her rubbing her back and rocking her in my arms. "Harry, I was so scared. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. " she said to me. "Do you want to talk about it?" I asked her hoping she did. "Not tonight, ohkay?" She told me. I nodded with understanding knowing it would just make her cry more. I let her go from my release as she layed back down, I slowly got up from the bed making my way towards the door back downstairs when her words stopped me...

"Harry..." she said my name shakily. "Will you stay with me tonight?" she asked me. I looked at her with a half smile and nodded my head. I crawled into bed next to her when I wrapped my right arm around her back and she put hear head on my bare chest holding onto me. She closed her eyes and as I did the same drifting off to sleep.
