Harry p.o.v

After a couple of minutes of showing her how to make the meatballs, i passed her the raw meat to her for a try to find myself staring at her as she rolled the meat in her hand into a ball. Gosh had i missed her. Her eyes, her smile, her laugh...her everything.

She's with Niall now and I'm happy for her but i just can't help but think about what could have been if it were her & I. It was suppose to be her & I if things hadn't gone wrong. As i stared at her i couldn't help but let the words come out of my mouth.

" I love you." I said staring at her. I watched as she paused and slowly rolled the meat between her hands till she came to a stop her smile fading as she did so. She looked up at me for a second then went back to rolling.

" You don't love me Harry." She calmly said as she kept on about the meat.

" I do. I love you Sky and always have. I know you're with Niall and I'm happy for you but...that should have been you and I. Not you and him. We should have been the one with little Mason in our arms, our little pride and joy." Walking around the counter to stand right next to her i continued, " I love you Sky and seeing you with him hurts more than you could ever imagine. Especially when i have to put on a smile and pretend everything is fine when you're here with me but i can't. I want you to be mine , baby i WANT to call you mine. Sky i love you."

My breath was quick and heavy after the words escaped my mouth. It was as if a heavy rock had been removed from my chest only to be dropped back again at her response.

" I don't love you Harry. I used to but not anymore."

My heart sank at her words but i held my head up high and showed no emotions and she went on about explaining why she felt nothing.

" Look", she said turning around to face me," You don't love me and i don't love you. There was a time when i adored you Harry but not anymore. I'm a mom now and i'm with someone who loves me the way i love them. Harry....i know we didn't start out the right way and ended up into some pretty deep shit that i'm still paying for it now. I ruined a friendship that i can never gain back & you... you lost the love of your life."

" That's you Sky." I said reaching for her hand which she pulled away.

"It's Sammy not me. Harry you love Sammy and always have. You may feel hate and i know this should have been you and I but it's not and everything happens for a reason. Louis told me what happened between you and her--"

"That doesn't prove anything." I said interrupting her.

"But doesn't it? You don't really mean to tell me that you slept with her to get a little steam off and then tell her boyfriend for no reason."

"Maybe that's why. You don't know --" I replied my voice raising as i did so.

"Harry you're not fooling anyone and especially not me. *Sigh* Gosh Harry come on you love her you always have. I found you in that room drunk and i was heartbroken. Yes i ended up loving you and getting pregnant but there was always a part of you that loved her. If you didn't you would've never led her into her bed and destroyed her relationship. If you didn't love her you wouldn't have kept our relationship a secret at the time and wouldn't have tried to spare her feelings to the fact that you were screwing her best friend behind her back."

"Sky-"

"Save it Harry. I don't have feelings for you anymore and neither do you. You're just confused."

We stared at each other for the longest time not saying a word. Not because we didn't know what to say, but because she'd said everything that needed to be said. She was right. I loved Sammy and just couldn't admit it to myself. How could one admit that the one they love loves someone else and you're just suppose to be okay with it? She's always been there for me no matter what and i paid her back by cheating on her with her best friend.

"Seems like every girl I like is already taken." I said with a small laugh looking down fighting back the tears.

"I'm sorry." Was the last thing she said before she left.

" Well I'm sorry too." I said to myself after she'd gone and i'd showed myself to the kitchen to get a beer.

Sky P.o.v

"Hey." I said sneaking up behind Niall in the kitchen. "Well something smells good." I said to him looking at the food he was making.

" Oh hey babe. I thought you might like it so... . Plus baby is sleeping so i took the chance to do it. Haven't burn anything yet so that's great." He said making both of us laugh.

Man I loved him so much i could die.

"So. How was it with Harry?" He asked looking down almost ashamed to have asked.

" It *sigh*. It was okay. Just hope he is too." I said so quietly as if scared someone will hear.

Harry p.o.v

"I'm coming." I yelled at the door. I went to open the door to find Eleanor.

"Hey sorry I'm late. Whoa Harry are you okay? Your eyes are all red and..Are you drunk?" She asked with concern as she got in the house and quickly closed the door behind her.

"Yea I'm fine. Just been rejected by everyone i love." I said as I eyed her up and down with my eyes.

A sudden urge came over me as her hands ran over my face to make sure i was okay. I grabbed her hand as she was about to make her to the kitchen to get me some water. I backed her into the wall and stared deep into her eyes.

"You. You wouldn't reject me would you?" I asked her.

" Harry stop we shouldn't do this." She said as i kissed her neck and let my hand roam her thigh up her area making her moan.

"Please be mine. For tonight?" I asked her wishing for her to say yes. She shook her head in agreement before she jumped and wrapped her legs around me. We kissed as we made our way to my bedroom.

Little did i know this was the beginning of a crazy journey that i just embarked on. But it's like Sky said, everything happens for a reason.
