You & I

SAMMY's POV

"Did we just really do that?" I ask as I try to catch my breath.

"Mhm," He mumbles.

We both stop talking and breathe heavily.

"IS this you came over, to have sex with me?" I ask him.

"No, I wanted to see if we could fix things. Judging by what we just did... I think we should," He says as he turns his body to face me.

I feel my heart skip a beat as he finishes his sentence. Fix things? That's all I ever wanted, I just wanted everything to get fixed.


HARRY's POV

I start to clean up my apartment as I wait for Sky to come by.

"Did you want me to leave? You know so you guys can have some time alone?" El asks me. She moved in with me a couple of days after her fight with Louis. She never said that she broke up with him or the other way around, though. Louis hasnt talked to me because he's pissed that I took her in. We've gotten really close but I acknowledge the wall between us keeping me in the friendzone, and there's no way I can get around it.

"Um, it doesnt really matter. To be honest I dont even know what we're gonna talk about. She called me yesterday asking if we could hang out and talk about some stuff," I respond as I fluff the pillows on the couch.

"Harry, go get dressed, I'll finish cleaning up," She says to me as she snatches the pillow from my hands. I kiss her cheek and thank her before I run to my room to get ready.

"Botton up or V-neck?" I ask myself in the mirror.

"V-neck, I remember how much she used to tell me that she loved to see my chest tatts. Now skinny jeans or sweatpants?" I say to myself in the mirror.


ELEANOR's POV

After I finish fluffing the pillows I start cleaning up the door way.

"A lighter, really?" I ask myself as I pick up Harry's lighter. I hear a knock at the door and I quickly fix my hair. I toss the thingsin my hand to the side and and straighten out my shirt. I slowly open the door.

"Hey HAr- Eleanor? Hi?" Well she sounds surprised.

"Hi Sky," I say with a fake smile.

"IS.. Um... Harry here?" She asks.

"Ya, he's getting ready," I tell her.

"Come in," I open the door wider for her and she walks past me.

"So... Are you and Harry...?" She starts off.

"Roomates. Nothing more," I say. She nods her head and sits on the couch.

"What happened with Louis?" She asks.

"I'd rather not speak of it but let's just say things got extremely tough between us and I needed to leave," I snap.

"I'm sorry, did I do something to piss you off?" She asks. I let out a fake laugh.

Of course you did. After Mason was born you forgot about all your friends. You just left us! I'm surprised youre here to see Harry, we were best friends and not once after Mason was born did you ever come and visit me. So ya I'm pissed that you think your new life is too good and that I dont belong in it!

"Not at all," I say instead.

She nods her head, "Is Harry in his room?"

"Ya, up the stairs first door on you right," I tell her. She smiles and leaves me to myself. I roll my eyes as she turns her back to me.


HARRY's POV

"Bandana, quiff, beanie, or just natural?" I ask myself.

"Natural," I hear as oft voice whisper. I turn around to see Sky standing at my door.

I smile and walk toward her.

"Hey," She smiles.

"Hi," I whisper with a huge smile on my face.

"So are you almost ready? I'm so hungry! I wanna eat!" She laughs.

"Ya give me a second. We can leave in 5 minutes," I smile.

"Leave? I was hoping Chef Harry was gonna make a fabulous meal for me?" SHe says as she walks behind me.

"YA?" I ask.

"I get to eat out a lot, Niall doesnt really cook and when I cook, it's the basics. I love you cooking," She admits. I smile and slide on a beanie.

"C'mon, I'll only cook if you help me," I offer.

"Deal."

We head off to the kitchen.

"I'm leaving," I hear Eleanor say before I hear the door slam shut.

"I think she hates me... and I have no idea why," Skysays. I shrug my shoulders and start to pull out materials.

"What to make?" I mumble.

"Wanna make a pizza?" I ask.

"Ya, if you know how to make it," She responds.

"No, let's make spaghetti and meatballs," I suggest with a smile on my face.

"Yesssss," She says with a large smile. I remember how much she loves pasta.

She grabs the box of pasta and I grab the ground beef from the freezer. I pull out some ingredients.

"Can you put some water to boil?" I ask her. She nods her head. I start to heat up the tomato sauce.

"So can I ask you something?" She asks.

"You just did," I say cleverly.

She rolls her eyes.

"Ask," I tell her.

"Is it possible for us to stay in each other's lives?" She asks.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

"I want you not only to be apart of my life, I want you to be a part of Mason's. Niall isnt too thrilled about this but it's because he thinks you still have something for me," She says. Niall is right. I wanna tell her that but i I do it's just gonna push her away.

"He's wrong. I care about you Sky, no doubt about it. After all, we almost had a baby together, we would have shared a life together, things went wrong but it doesnt change the fact that we almost had a kid together. I respect you and your family, you know that. Things are different now, I'm accepting the fact that you're with Niall and that he makes you happy. I want to be apart of your life and Mason's too, it wouldnt hurt to patch things up with Niall either," So I basically just lied to her.

"Really? I'm so happy you feel this way! Niall's gonna be relieved to know that things are calm between us," She says with a smile on her face. I smile even though I'm breaking on the inside.

"So how do I make the meatballs?" She asks. I laugh.

"Here, let me show you," I say as I take some raw meat from her hands and showing how to make them.

"This is fun, I miss these days," She says. I smile and nod.

You dont even know how much it hurts to be in the same room with you knowing that I'm not the one you want.
