You & I

SKY's POV

Today is the day Niall and I can take the baby home. Niall and I are recovered enough to go home. All I want is to spend time with them.

"Ready?" Zayn asks me as he helps me gather all my stuff. For the past week this hospital room has become my house.

"Yep," I say before grabbing my purse and some paper work. He nods his head and leads me out the door.

"Hey sunshine," Niall greets me. I smile and peck him on the lips. I take my son into my arms and kiss is small forehead.

"Mommy loves you," I whisper to him.

"Let's get out of here!" Danielle says as her and Liam walk up to us.

I look at Niall for assurance. He nods his head and his hand finds my waist.

"Let's go home with our son," Niall whispers in my ear. Our son.... that sounds so damn good.

"So what's his name?" Eleanor asks me as I feed him for the 8 time since we got home.

"It is-"

"BAAAAHHH!!! We're not telling yet!'' Niall interrupts me.

"Whyyy noottt?" She pouts.

"Because we want to share the news to everyone at the same time," Niall informs her.

"Everyone is here!" She shouts.

"Sh!" I hush her.

"Sammy and HArry aren't here yet," Niall tells her. She rolls her eyes and leaves us to ourselves.

"HE has your appetite," I tell Niall. He laughs and kisses my cheek.

"I just think he likes your breasts, just like daddy," He laughs before running off and leaving me with my son.

I roll my eyes and peak down.

"Are you ever gonna stop eating?" I ask him.

"Probably not since he's Niall's child," I hear a deep voice say. I shot my head up to see a head full of curls. The curls that I've missed so much.

"Hey," He whispers.

"Hi,'' I whisper back. He sits next to me and kisses my cheek. I felt my heart race once his lips touched my skin.

"Hey handsome," He greets my hidden son.

"He eats so much," I tell Harry.

"I bet," He laughs as he just stares into my eyes. I smile and look away.

"Do you mind? I just need a second to fix myself," I ask Harry. He shrugs and turns his body away from us. I pull the blanket off and hold the baby over my shoulder as I fix my shirt.

"You're good," I assure Harry as I start to burp the fatty.

"He looks just like Niall," HArry tells me. I nod my head and continue to burp him.

"You look tired," He says.

"I am," I laugh. He reaches to my son and takes him off my chest. He strips the blanket off my shoulder and tosses it on his own.

"Rest, I'll watch him," He says to me. I smile and watch him burp the chunky monkey.

"Thanks," I whisper as I head to my room. I close the door of the nursery and rush to my bed. I throw the door open and jump into my side of the bed. I crawl under the covers and let a smile stretch across my face. Finally, some time to rest.


SAMMY'S POV

Once Harry disappeared I figured to find myself a corner and pretend I didn't exist.

"Sammy!'' well my plan is ruined. I turn around to be greeted by a goofy blonde with beautiful blue eyes.

"Hey," I whisper. He pulls me into a hug.

"I'm so happy you're here!" HE shouts. I smile and nod my head.

"Is Harry here?" He asks me.

"Ya, he like went MIA though?" I joke. He laughs and wraps is arm around my shoulder.

"Thanks," He says.

"Thanks? For what?" I ask.

"For saving us. If you didn't save Sky my son could be dead, Sky would be destroyed if something bad had happened to him. Thank you," He says. I swallow hard and nod my head.

Silence.

"Well, I'm gonna see where the baby is now, find Sky, and then we'll announce his name," He tells me. I nod my head and watch him disappear into the crowd.

"Samantha," A familiar voice says.

"Mrs. Edwards," I say in a shocked voice. She smiles largely at me before trapping me in a hug. The last time I saw her was before I found out about Sky and HArry. Almost a year ago.
