Batman Fanfics
Chapter 28
Catwoman's POV: Kitrina is a fast learner. Most of the stuff I teach her, she already seems to know. She's a great girl, with a big attitude, which I like. Tonight I'm gonna take Kitrina out on the town and see how she does. I believe that Kitrina will do just fine, and then I'll have my little protege, and we'll be even more bad ass than Batman and Robin. "Selina, mail." Kitrina announced as she walked into my apartment. "Anything good?" I asked. She looked through it. "Blank envelope, there's a letter inside." She said, and pulled out a letter. "What's it say?" I asked. "Says some guy wants to meet with you, and it gives an address." Kitrina responds. I take the letter, and read it over. "At seven, eh?" I say to myself. I look up at Kitrina. "Looks like you have your first outing with me tonight, kiddo." I say.
Jason Todd's POV: I've been out of the public eye ever since I have found Sasha, now Scarlet. Her costume looks great, she adapted well to the training, and we get along very well. Our relationship is like one between an older brother protecting a younger sister. She's very good with guns and knives, but not so well with her acrobatics and gymnastics, just like me. I have a feeling we'll be doing more shooting, than backflips. I wouldn't take her out yet, she still needs a lot more training. I'm not gonna let her meet the same fate that I did when I was young. I'm not gonna put her in danger until I know she can handle herself, and more importantly, handle herself without me.
Renee Montoya's POV: After my meeting with Batwoman, I believe I made her question my sanity. I acted like a total fool. Harvey Bullock called me, reminding me of my shift with him tonight. My shift starts at 9:00 PM, so I still have time, it's only 8:00 AM right now. What if I see Batwoman? What does she think of me? Wait, why do I care so much? I have been obsessing over her since that night with Two Face, but why? What about her makes me so obsessed?
Mister Freeze's POV: I feel myself getting veaker und veaker. No longer do I feel like a man. The cold is really taking its toll on me, und no longer vill I only be vorking on my dear Nora's salvation, but mine as vell. "Mr. Fries? You got some mail." An assistant said. The door opened a little, and an envelope slipped through the crack. My room is too cold to enter vithout proper clothing. The envelope was blank, but there vas a letter inside. "Was ist das?" I mumbled to myself. The letter vanted me to go somevhere at seven. I don't know vhat this person vants, but I might be to busy to attend.
Barbara Gordon's POV: We stayed watch all night, and guess what? Magpie never showed. I don't understand it, but that's the way it is. Damian and I decided to go back to Wayne Manor, and get something to eat. "I thought she was supposed to show." Damian said. We sat down at the table, while Alfred cooked us some breakfast. "Either she chickened out, or it was a false lead." I said. "A false lead? But why?" He asked. "So Magpie won't get caught. One of our sources are currupt. Or at least working with Magpie." I explained. I picked up the newspaper, and was startled by what I saw. "What is it, Barbara?" Damian asked. "Magpie and gang steal Hawk's Talon jewel last night." I read.
