OMG I can't stand it when somebody starts the story with "Hi, my name is..." Or when halfway through the middle of the first chapter they say, "Oops forgot to introduce myself, my name is..." I can't stand that.

It it starts out all god then it gets hit with the bad stuff.

I looked at my mom with caring eyes.... She was terribly sick and had cancer. I sighed and looked at all of the machines she was hooked up to.

She has has had cancer since I was 4 and how old am I now? 17. Fucking 17 years old. My mom is a 13 year cancer survivor! I sometimes think she's only staying strong for me. My dad died a few years ago and I don't think she wants to leave me with my uncle. Oh! I almost forgot! My name is Kimberly.
