• Maria's Pov •

I got home just in time for dinner.

" Where is Greg?" I asked.

I sat down next to Niall.

" The baby is actin' up. "

"Oh."

Yeah, I'm an aunt.

" This looks really good." Sandy said, digging in. My mom just laughed.

"Eat as much as you can. Plenty of food for all of us."

We all began eating when Niall's phone began to ring. He rolled his eyes when he saw the collar id.

" Hello?" He said. The whole table got quite.

" Wait wait wait what? I can't understand anything you're saying." he looked confused.

The other end talked for a while.

" What?" He asked. " Is this a joke?"

Niall sighed.

" Alright. I'll be there first thing tomorrow morning. Bye Julyssa."

Julyssa?

Niall hung up the phone and he still had a look of shock on his face.

" Niall... What's wrong?" I asked.

" It's H-Harry."

now he had my attention.

" What about Harry?"

Niall looked in the room as if it was terrible for him to speak of it.

" Harry got in a terrible car wreck."

" Oh my God." I gasped in shock.

" When?" Sandy spoke up.

" About an hour or so ago. Driving home from Kelly's and ran into someone at a red light. He's in terrible condition. Going in for surgery right now... There can't be any visitors until tomorrow morning."

I was the reason he got in an accident. I said all those mean things to him. I scooted my chair out.

" I-I'm sorry. I need to use the bathroom."

I put put my wrist up to my nose as I tried to stop the tears from falling.

I locked the bathroom door.

" This can't be happening." I whispered to my reflection. I put my hands on the counter for support, as my legs suddenly seemed weak.

I needed to see him.

I wiped the the tears from my cheek before whipping away my smeared makeup and walking back to the dining room.

" You okay sweetie?" my mother asked. I nodded.

" I'll be fine. But Harry won't be. Niall, c'mon we're going to see Harry." I said.

" They won't accept visitors until the morning."

" I don't care. Were leaving now." I said.

" But Ma-"

" No buts. Get your coat on."

he sighed before saying bye to Sandy and my mom and putting his coat on.

" Let's go." He groaned.

We were in the car on the way to the hospital when curiosity got a hold of me.

" Who's Julyssa?" I asked. Niall looked at me.

" Uhm... His fiancé." He said. I nodded.

" Oh."


Once we got up there We rushed straight to the secretary.

" What room Harry Styles at right now?" Niall asked.

the lady flipped through her papers.

" Mr. Styles is in surgery as we speak."

" Can we find out what surgery room?" Niall asked.

" Room 43." She said. Niall nodded before taking my wrist and pulling me down the hall looking at the numbers. We past a waiting room.

" Julyssa!" Niall said. Her head snapped up and she smiled once she saw Niall. She ran over to him, giving Niall a hug.

" Niall, thank goodness you're here." She said.

she was beautiful.

Tall, skinny, blonde, blue eyed. She had a breathtaking, smooth voice.

No wonder Harry loves her more than me.

" Who might you be?" She asked.

" Maria. Niall's sister." I shook her hand.

" Well nice to meet you." She said. I nodded, not saying anything back.

It wasn't very pleasant meeting my soul mate's fiancé.

" Anyways, he's in a room down the hall having surgery on his brain."

huh.

" Well, we will be right here by your side." Niall patted her shoulder. I metally laughed.

I will not be by her side.

with that, I went and sat down in a chair.

this would be a long night.
