There was knock on the door at 7:55pm. I go an answered the door. Harry is standing there with microwave popcorn. “I’m ready for movie night!”
”Well that’s great, but my aunt didn’t leave for her date yet,” I say as I invite him into the flat. I direct him to the living room as I go and check on Aunt Lisa. I go to her bedroom and knock on the door.
”Come in, “I hear her say. I walk into her room which is a mess. There are clothes everywhere. I don’t know why it takes her so long to get ready. I’m pretty sure that Mathhew has seen her in sweats.
”What is taking you so long?” I ask.
”Why? Is Matthew here?” she asked. I can hear that she is becoming frantic.
”No. It was just Harry. Matt is going to be there here soon through,” just as I said this I hear a knock on the door. “Oh speak of the devil.”
”Rose do you want me to get that?” Harry shouts out from the living room. I tell Aunt Lisa to hurry up and run to the door. I open it up and Matthew is standing in front of me in jeans and a button down shirt.
”Matt!” I say as I give him a hug. I haven’t seen hum since forever. I like him. He is a good guy. He makes my auntie happy when she thinks about me and my mum in the states without her. He is an easy guy to talk to and was there for me at a hard time in my life.
”Rose!” Matthew says in the same tone that I said his name. Did I mention that he is funny? He returns the hug and enters the flat. We go into the living room and I introduce him to Harry. I leave them two in the living room. They seem to be getting along just fine. I go to Aunt Lisa’s room and walk in this time.
”He is here,” I say as I move clothes and sit on her bed. I see her run out of her bathroom trying to put in earrings. She is wearing a light pink summer dress with a thin white cardigan. “You don’t even have shoes on yet! God what are you doing with yourself woman?”
Aunt Lisa starts to laugh as she points at white flats. I go and grab them real fast and slid them in her direction. She puts them on and starts to spin around. “How do I look?”
”You look great. Now Matt is out in the living room talking to Harry. And I want to spend time with Harry not with you in your bedroom.”
”Okay, okay I’m going.” We walk out of her room and We can hear matthew and Harry laughing in the living room. We walk in and Matthew stands up and walks over to Aunt Lisa. I walk over the couch where Harry is sitting and sit next to him. “Okay, we are leaving. Rules: no yelling loud, no crazy parties, no loud music, and no bedrooms.”
”Aunt Lisa!” I say in shock. I cannot believe she just said that to me.
”It has to be said. Your mum’s rules, sugar.” They walk to the door and she yells back that she is going to lock the handle.
”So what movie are we going to watch?” Harry asked as we hear the door close.
”I don’t know. What kind of movie do you want to watch?”
”How about something scary,” Harry says.
”Okay,” I get up and look at the DVD rack and look for a movie I have never seen before. It would be great if this movie is really scary and I can cuddle with Harry. Just saying. I find a movie that looks okay, “How about Dead Silence?”
”Oh yeah that’s a good one!”
”Okay. Well lets make the popcorn oh and before we start to watch the movie, i must ware you I get scared very easily,” I say. " Don't worry,i'll be here to comfort you" Harry replies with a chuckle. We walk into the kitchen and I realize that I don’t know how to work Aunt Lisa's microwave. “Um problem. I don’t know how to work the microwave.”
”Okay,” he walks into the kitchen, “Oh this is the same microwave that me and Louis have at our flat.” He grabs the popcorn and puts it in the microwave. He then walks over to me and pins me against the refrigerator and gives me a kiss. We kiss until the popcorn is done and we break apart. He grabs the bag of popcorn in one hand and my hand in the other. He leads us the the living room where he sits down on the couch. I put the movie in and go and sit next to Harry. He pulls me close and wraps his arm around me.and I snuggle into him laying my head of his chest.
I spend the whole time in Harry’s arms. Scream and shouting at the TV screen.The movie ends and I can't get get up. Harry leans forward and grabs the remote. He put on regular T.V. and leans back. " I told you I'm not good with scary movies" "Haa! i can see that" He says laughing. We continue to watch T.V when I drift off.
I wake up to Aunt Lisa coming in the house. I can still fell Harry’s arm around me.I look up at harry is is sound asleep. “Harry. Harry. Wake up. We must of fallen asleep.”
Harry begins to ruff and he rubs his eyes. “How long were we asleep?”
”I don’t know,” I say. I look at the clock and it is one in the morning. Aunt Lisa comes into the living room with a glass of water.
”So how was the movie?” she asked.
”It was scary!. We watched Dead Silence.”
”OH that’s a good one! Harry I didn't expect you to still be here. If you want you can sleep here tonight. I don’t need you driving home and getting into a car crash. Then that will be on me.”
”Haha! Okay. Thank you,” Harry says. He looks at me, I just smile and shake my head.
”I show you where the bathroom is,” I tell him. He shakes his head and follows me. I point to the hallway and tell him it’s the second door on the left.He goes to the bathroom. I go into my bedroom and get changed into my Pj’s. I turn around to find Harry standing in my doorway.
”Nice bedroom,” he says as he walks in a little further.
”Is my auntie already in bed?”
”Yeah she went into her room after I came out of the bathroom.” He walks over to me and gives me a kiss."I'll go sleep on the couch. Night gorgeous" giving me on more kiss. "No harry, you can still in here with with, the couch will be uncomfortable" i say while grabbing his hands and leading him to the bed. "I thought you Aunt said no bedrooms, and this is indeed a bedroom" He says "She only meant when I'm home alone, she knows I won't do anything of those things when she is here". With that harry came and lay down next to me. I felt his arm around my waist pulling me closer. "Night gorgeous" Kissing me bare shoulder "Night Styles"
