Mistakes...
So Much Trouble in so Little Time. Great.
Niall's POV
Walking up to Kelly's locker, I casually say:
"Hey Kells..." She looks at me just to see who has spoken them gives me a look of disgust and goes back to getting her books from her locker.
"Go away,Niall. I told you I don't like you anymore, so just leave me alone. Got it," she says as she brushes past me. A wave of sadness washes over me like waves on a shore.
"You can't ignore me forever! We have the same class together! And the same lunch! And we live on the same street," I shout after her, getting a few stares from people around us. She stops dead in her tracks.she backtracks to me and turns around to look at me.
"No, but I can try. Plus, Harry is in that class, we are history partners. So I think I can keep myself contained, but you wouldn't know about that judging from your lack of keeping secrets," she hisses just for me to hear. Now people are definitely staring, curious at what is going down between the periwinkle partners(our nickname for me and Kelly.) she walks off in the direction of our class. I stand there, shocked.
"She hates me. She really hates me. I've lost her. She hates me," I whisper. And it's the truth.
I quickly turn around to see Harry. Great. Now I'm gonna get all this shit about it.
"Hey Ni Ni, what was that about? Your wittle girlfriend breakup with woo? OOOH, that is such a shame," Harry says before walking over to some of his football friends. Sometimes that kids ego gets so big cuz he is the most popular kid in school....! But something in his eyes looked like he didn't mean it, like he was sorry for me. I brush the feelin off, clearly getting a misreading from him.
I quickly walk off to my class, and sadly, Harry AND Kelly are in it. TOGETHER.
I walk through the door and quickly make my way to my seat, avoiding eye contact with Kelly. Harry walks in right after me, laughing at something the juvenile delinquent said. He plops himself right next to Kelly.
Kelly's POV
Harry plops himself next to me and I feel a bead of sweat forming. I can feel Niall's eyes burning holes in my back, but I don't look at him.the teacher walks in.
"Hello class. You will have a project due on Friday, next week. You will have to write a 3 page summary of how Christopher Columbus and his men survived 2 months on the Nina, pinta, and Santa Maria. You know who your partners are, I expect at least 1000 words, 3pages, a cover page, an it typed. Any questions?" I look at Harry, who's face is drained as white as snow. And we should know, we do live in London for Pete's sake! IT'S FREAZING HERE!
He turns and looks over at me. I quickly look away at the board, writing notes in what we have to do.
By the end of the period, I somehow manage to find myself locking eyes with Niall, then quickly looking away.
The bell rings, signaling it is time to leave. I collect my things and start to leave, only to be stopped by Harry. Weird, right?
"Kells, I was wondering if you wanted to study at my house or yours? Or wherever I really don't care," Harry says trying to hide the desperation in his voice.
Desperation? WHAAT? I quickly think of where we could go. Well, we could go to Nandos. It's not far from here. I make my way out of the class with Harry, telling him to meet me in the parking lot after school.
"Okay, I'll see you then. I'll text you later!" He says, running off until he was out of sight. Wow, he's so cute. I make my way to my locker to put my books away for lunch, to be stopped by the one and only.
