Mistakes...

Kelly's POV

Harry catches up to me at some point. He is huffing and puffing, and if he wasn't holding on to my wrist, I would still run.

"Kelly, what was that?" he asks, still out of breath. Is he serious right now?

"You're fucking serious? Harry, I have been in love with you since the sixth grade! Do you know how hard it was for me to watch you go through all those girls?! Do you know how hard it was for me to try to talk to you, but you would stay silent?! Do you know how horrible it feels?! No! You don't! And that was my first mistake, falling head over heals for you," I spat at him. "Now get off me. I'm leaving," I said. He looked into my eyes, and his expression softened, but I still held my guard up.

He leans down and kisses me. I try to hold the grudge but nope, I can't do it. I melt into the kiss and kiss him back. It was a sweet kiss, and it wasn't rough. And I loved it.

We pull away and look Ito each other's eyes for what seems like an eternity before he speaks up.

"Kelly, why do you think I showed up at your house that day? Why do you think I stayed silent? Because. I. Love. You."
