“Hello!” He sang and smiled at me. “Hey, come in!” I pretended nothing was awkward with Harry, and greeted Zayn inside. “Mate, have you got a call from Simon?” He asked Harry, and sat down on the couch. “No, not really. Why what’s going on?” I sat on the couch facing them and Zayn took his phone from his pocket. “He sent us this message.” Zayn handled the phone to Harry, and his eyes widened once he read the text; what’s going on? “What’s wrong?” I asked as I stood up and sat beside Harry, we were so close that our shoes touched. He handed me the phone, and I read it; no way…
I rushed up to my room, and closed the door behind me. “Jim, what’s with this shift to Miami!? Why didn’t the Chief contact me!? This is nonsense! How will I be able to move all of the equipment and my gadgets to Miami!?” Jim directly answered, but his tone was calm. “Moore, relax. The Chief knew you would learn about this from the message Simon sent to everyone; just like you did now. And about the shift, don’t worry our team is already installing everything in the house you will be in for the next 6 days. As soon as you move out from this room, another team will come and remove all of the equipment in the room. Just pack your stuff. The boys and you will take a private plane to the penthouse in Miami at 10:00 am tomorrow.” I groaned and answered: “Fine… I’m not going to pack anything because I expect all of my clothes and belongings to be sent over tomorrow.” He replied:“Confirmed, I’ll send you a house keeper at night to do that, and we will personally send them with the team.”
I went out of the room, and to my surprise I heard multiple voices from downstairs. “When did you all arrive?” I drew a smile, just shrugging my annoyance, as I saw all the boys in the living room. “Just now, would you like us to leave so you and Hazz can have your time?” Louis laughed and the boys started doing kissy voices at Harry and me. “No, I actually want all of you to be here right now. Anyone hungry?” They all cheered as I shook my head and went to the kitchen. I entered a code in the microwave and it activated the voice covering from the living room; I must hear what they are talking about.
“So, I really like Nicole. Even though she isn’t like any girl I met before. She’s smiley all the time, and yet I sense there is something I feel she is hiding all the time.” Crap! This is not good at all! “Yeah I feel the same way, mate. I just hope she could relax and be herself around us, it’s like she is trying to cover something up.” This isn’t what I planned! I must stop this, before Harry might blurb something by mistake! “You are all over estimating. Nicole is just a private person, and I like that about her the most. That’s why she and I are together, she keeps me grounded every time I feel like doing something crazy; it’s like she protects me from my foolish acts before I do them.” I froze, literally I did. Harry’s answer was very convincing; does he really think about me like that? “Aww, little Harold is in looooveee!” Niall sang, as the all the boys laughed, and I got no clue why I was blushing at the moment.
“Nicole?” I snapped out of my thoughts and ran to the microwave to pull the plug fast. “Are you alright?” I nodded as Louis came closer to have a look at me. “Are sick darling?” I shook my head and smiled: “No, I just felt a little dizzy. Can I help you in something?” He smiled and shook his head. “No, I just came to see why did you take all this time.” I breathed in relaxation, and replied politely: “I was eating, that’s why.” He and I walked back to the living room; that was so close!
