Chapter 7

Arianna's P.O.V.

Why now? I had such a good day, now we have to stay here until dark? Stupid teenagers -.-

"Do we really have to stay here? I have a lot to do!" I whined.

"Yes, we do have to stay here. Now stop whining so we can think of a plan." Edward glared at me.

I was about to snap back when Alice interrupted before we could continue our banter, "I don't know what's up with the weather, I usually see things coming but now the weather changes suddenly."

We stood there for 10 minutes thinking of a plan. Why can't it be sunny when we get home? It should be gloomy right now, or at least shady enough to get home.

I was still thinking, when I heard a gasp. My head turned to where the noise came from -which was from Emmett-.

"What?" I asked confused.

"Look! The sun is gone!" Emmett pointed up the sky.

I looked up to where his pointing and he's right! The sun is gone. I glanced at the others to see them staring at the sky in wonder.

"Come on, we should get going before it becomes sunny again." I said excitedly. I grabbed someone's hand and started running at human speed. I don't know who's hand I grabbed, I was just too excited to care for now. We passed the group of students and they didn't even notice us.

The person and I reached the cars in three minutes. We could have gotten here in half a second, but we had to run at human speed.

I turned to see who's hand I'm holding and it turned out to be Edward's. I stared at him in shock and he looked amused. I'm absolutely sure that he knew that I didn't know that it was him. It's the smirk that snapped me out of my daze. I pulled my hand quickly from his and looked away.

Thankfully, the others got here right after. This time Alice and Emmett got in the car with us and we drove home.

I'm on my stomach doing my homework. I was about to finish the last question when Edward came in with a weird look on his face. Here we go again.

I spoke up before he could say anything "I didn't do anything and if this is about my eyes, I don't want to hear it. I'm busy."

He frowned "I wasn't going to say anything about that, I just wanted to know if you want to hunt after you do your homework."

"Oh, ok then. But.....ummm..... you have this look on your face that makes me think you want ot tell me something and I probably won't like it."

He gave me a half smile "I was just thinking about the sudden weather changes."

I smiled back at him "Just let me change and we'll go." I stood up finishing the last question to go to the bathroom and change.

I came out wearing this:

"Let's go" Edward smiled at me and took my hand leading me to the window. "Together?"

I nodded smiling "Together."

And we jumped. Together.
