Arianna's P.O.V

This is my life now. An immortal. Usually, a lot of people would think that it's cool not aging and sometimes having super cool powers like reading minds, controlling people's emotions and being able to see the future. Unfortunately I don't have a super cool power, unless you count my 'extraordinary' self control, which I don't. And even if I do have a super cool power, I don't know what it is yet, sadly.

Anyway, I'm not complaining about being a vampire, I think it's cool. But it can get a little boring, I don't have a power so I can't busy myself with that. I can't eat and it's not that entertaining watching movies without popcorn and drinking blood doesn't really sound appetizing to me, even though it tastes good, the human in me thinks it's disgusting. And I can't sleep! My favorite time of the day is the night since it's time for sleeping. I don't know how to spend all those extra hours!

Edward bothered me all night! He kept asking what I was doing every time I get up! Why does he freaking care??? He hates me. I know that if I confront him about it, he'd just deny it obviously. But I can see it in his eyes, he always looks at me with a frustrated and sometimes unreadable expression with an edge to it. What did I ever do to him? It's not my fault that he can't read my mind and that's not a good enough reason to start hating on someone -.-

Finally, it was around 7:30 and everyone came out of their bedrooms, I know that they didn't sleep so I wonder what they did all night. Rosalie and Emmett...... I have a pretty good idea about what they did..... because they were pretty loud. But Alice and Jasper were quiet all night and so are Carlisle and Esme. I got up from my spot in the corner -seeing that Edward was on the couch all night and I refuse to share a couch with him- to go to the bathroom and change into this:

When I got out of the bathroom, Edward wasn't there. Huh, he probably went downstairs. I walked slowly down the stairs, taking my time. Just because I'm a vampire now and I have this speedy skill doesn't mean I'll go running around. I'll still be the same as before.

"Hey guys what's up?" I asked sitting gracefully on the couch.

"Nothing much, but Edward is taking you around town to get you familiar with it. So when you go to Forks High School after Christmas break." Alice replied. "And it's sunny so you guys will have to be careful."

I groaned. Why does it always has to be Edward? Is it so hard for one of them to ta-..... wait a minute, did she just say I'm going to high school? I opened my mouth to ask.....

"We already got you in the school. You'll get your schedule there." Emmett interrupted, guessing what I was about to ask. Ugh, first I have to spend my day with Edward and now I have to go to high school too? Well, there goes my good mood.

"Oh, thanks I guess." I said. At least I should have some manners.

"Actually, never mind about the sun." Alice says, looking out the window. She was right, just like one minute ago it was all sunny, now it's all doom and gloom. At least the weather matches my mood.

Edward stood up without a glance in my direction and walked out, I'm assuming to his car in the garage.

I sighed. I knew that this is his rude way of telling me that we're going. "Stupid moody vampire." I muttered, while walking out to follow him. I heard chuckles behind me, so I know that they heard me. Even Rosalie was chuckling and I think she doesn't like me. Not hate me like Edward does, but dislike me because apparently they told her that I was more beautiful than her. I don't think so, I honestly think that she's the most beautiful person on the planet. (no homo)

Edward was sitting in the car waiting "Why does it always take you so long to get here?" he grumbled.

"Why are you always in such a bad mood?" I shot back at him. He glared at me but didn't answer instead he turned up the music. I was ready to give him the silent treatment, my face in full pout mode, but the familiar music surprised me. And my curiosity got the better of me. (A/N: I don't forgot how that sentence goes so I'm sorry for any grammar mistakes)

"Clair De Lune?" I asked surprised.

He stared at me clearly as surprised as I was "You know Debussy?"

"I only know some of my favorites." I shrugged. Great I have something in common with Mr. Moody Pants.

"It's one of my favorites too." he replied quietly, looking out the window.

We spent the next few hours with him showing me around. It took longer than an hour because he took me to Port Angeles and we practically stopped at every store I found interesting -which was quite a lot- and bought at least 5 things. Finally we finished touring Port Angeles and we finally headed home. My mood was better and I was pretty happy. Edward didn't snap at me and waited patiently while I tried on clothes. The weather became sunny again by the time we got home and I had about 15 shopping bags.

I got out of the car and was about to head in side when I caught a glimpse of my reflection on the side mirror of the car. I looked again to make sure I wasn't imagining it. But I wasn't because when I looked at Edward, I saw that he was sparkling too. It was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen! I looked at my skin and turned my arm towards the sun, where the sun glinted of the skin leaving the skin all sparkly. I looked at Edward questioningly.

"Carlisle still doesn't know why we sparkle every time the sun hits us. So we just can't come out when it's sunny because the humans will see." he explained.

I started walking again towards the house "I see"

He caught up easily with me, obviously "I still don't get how you're taking everything so calmly."

"Would you rather me take this not calmly?"

"No but it's just strange."

I didn't answer after that because we reached the house. No one was in the living room, they're all probably in their bedroom. Edward helped me arranged things in "our" room.

We talked about things for a while until Alice, Jasper, Emmett and Rosalie comes in our room.

"I want to play baseball, but it's supposed to be sunny the whole week." Emmett complained. They all sat crossed-legged on the carpeted floor.

"Ummm..... so why can't you play? If you're worried about people spotting you sparkling, just play in the forest or something. I'm sure there's a clearing big enough for baseball." I said feeling confused. The words were all simple enough, but the context were all wrong.

They all laughed. They took turns explaining to me how they play baseball. It got me really excited. Crashing into each other? A little violence? I would love to see this. Sadly it's going to be sunny all week. Hopefully the weather would change and it will be stormy, but dry enough in the clearing they're going to play in.

All of the sudden, Alice got blank look on her face. "Alice, wht did you see?" I asked. Carlisle explained to me before that when Alice gets this blank look on her face, it means that she sees something.

"It's really weird, the weather just suddenly changed. It's going to be stormy tomorrow, but dry enough in the clearing , so we can play." Alice informed us. Emmett cheered.

We spent the rest of the day and night getting to know each other. Well they got to know me and I got to know them because they already know each other very well.

Finally, sunrise came and Alice informed Carlisle about the game. We went to the clearing around noon to set up. I wouldn't be playing because I hate sports, so I'm going to stand on the sidelines with Esme. When we finished setting up, they made the teams. Emmett, Jasper and Rosalie on the G team. Alice, Edward and Carlisle on the other team.

Esme blew the whistle "Begin" she said in a high clear voice.

And the game began.
