Chapter 5
I woke up the next morning and I really wasn’t feeling school today, I decided to stay in bed. My mum had gone back to our home in LA for a few days for something that I don’t wish to discuss, and I was glad that although the occasion was a sad one, I had a few days to myself. I went downstairs and found some ben and Jerry’s in the freezer which I took back upstairs, put on a film and snuggled back under my duvet. Just as I was about to hit play I heard a knock at the front door I went downstairs to see who it was. I opened the door to reveal Harry
‘Hey Harry, What are you doing here?’ I asked in surprise
‘Just seeing if you needed a Lift to school’ he replied with a shrug
‘Oh um no I’m staying home’
‘Why, you’re not sick are you?’ he asked his voice full of concern
‘No I just can’t be bothered’ He chuckled at my response
‘Do you me to stay, I could keep you company?’ he offered and I thought for a moment I mean do I really want to be alone in my house with Harry? Sure I liked him but I wasn’t ready for anything to happen yet.
‘No its fine you should go to school’ I replied with a smile
‘Okay if you’re sure’ he spoke as he turned around to leave and found myself fighting the urge to stop him.
‘Harry wait’ I called
‘hmm’ He hummed as he turned around and I walked to him and planted a soft kiss on his lips before turning around and heading inside shutting the door firmly behind me. Why an earth did I just do that, I shook my head before drawing my blind, climbing back under the covers, hitting play and shovelling ice cream into my mouth.
Harrys POV
She turned around and shut door behind her leaving me standing on her door step in a complete daze, I covered my lips with my fingers, I wasn’t sure if it actually happened it was so quick and so light I almost wanted to go up and ask her If it actually happened. Before I’d even thought about what I was doing I walked up to her door and starting banging on it. A few minutes later and she finally opened up.
‘What do you….’ I didn’t give her a chance to finish her sentence as I crashed my lips against hers and grabbing her hips to stop her falling from the shock. I moved my hands down to her butt and squeezed it lightly.
‘Jump’ I demanded against her mouth and smiled as she did so, I caught her bottom lip between my teeth and chewed it slightly causing to moan into my mouth and allowing me entrance.
Francescas POV
I could feel the sparks shooting through my veins as his tongue entered my mouth, I slipped mine into to his and we fought for a bit before I gave up and let him win. I pulled back for moment to catch my breath and I found him gasping for air a little as well and his eyes were full of an emotion I can’t read. He walked us into my house and kicked the door shut behind him while still holding me up.
‘Honestly Harold, Inviting yourself into an innocent girls home, you could get into a lot of trouble for that’ I spoke in a playfully scolding tone.
‘It’s something I’m well known for darling’ he replied before walking us up the stairs and into my bedroom. He dropped me down onto the bed before crawling on top of me. He looked me in the eyes for a moment before kissing my neck he found the sweet spot just below my earlobe and nibbled on it making me moan a little before he pulling my t-shirt to the side to reveal my shoulder, He hooked his arm round my back pulling me closer to him and snuggled himself in between my legs, before he started kissing my neck slowly working his way down to my shoulder. He started to grind his hips against me rubbing his member against me making me moan his name. I could feel his hands sliding up my t-shirt and pushing it up to reveal my stomach and my only tattoo.
‘Hmm who’s Madeline?’ I could feel the tears filling my eyes as I sat up to push him off me.
‘Francesca?’ He asked
‘I don’t want to talk about it okay’ I muttered hoping he wouldn’t push it any further.
‘Okay’ he replied simply as he pushed me back down and carried on kissing my stomach. I started to tune out of what he was doing and I started thinking about that night and I could feel the bile rising in my throat as I felt the guilt and anger wash over me. I sat up again pushing Harry off me before heading to the bathroom and bending over the toilet and emptying the contents of my stomach that decided it no longer wanted to be in there.
‘Fran, are you alright?’ Harry called as I stood up and flushed the toilet before turning to brush my teeth.
‘Yeah fine’ I called back as if nothing happened but I was shaking and crying on the inside. I put my toothbrush back and walked back into the room and joined harry on the bed. He patted the bed next to him and I lay down and snuggled into him.
‘Sure?’ he asked
‘mm’ I replied with a nod before picking up my phone which was ringing, it was my mum.
‘Hey Mum’ I answered
‘Hey sweetie, I was just ringing to let you know I’ve landed’ she replied and I could detect the sadness that this date had brought.
‘Okay’
‘Aren’t you in school?’
‘Nope I’m sick’ I replied which wasn’t exactly a lie
‘Hope you feel better soon sweetheart and remember to say a Prayer and keep her safe won’t you’ my mum reminded
‘I will mamma, Bye’
‘Bye love’ she answered before hanging up the phone, I sighed before turning back to face Harry.
‘What was she on about saying a prayer for?’ He asked, great so he’d heard,
‘Doesn’t matter’ I mumbled in response as the empty feeling in my chest came back for the first time in months and I felt the nearly invisible scars on my wrist throb a little almost reminding me of the pain it caused. I hit play on the film and snuggled into Harry's chest breathing in his scent before drifting off too sleep.
‘Hey Harry, What are you doing here?’ I asked in surprise
