My Guardian Angel

ALYSSIA'S POV:

After class me and Zayn were walking down the hall towards the quads when we ran into Nikki, Shannon, Hannah and her brother Matt.

"Hey leash" said Nikki as she throws Zayn a quick glance.

"Hi NI" I replied

Looking over at Zayn and comes over to my side and nudges me. "So whose this?" She asks curiously.

I look over at Zayn and smile. "Guys" I said as I walked over to him. "This is zayn, Zayn these ladies here are my sister Nikki, and my friends Hannah, Shannon and Hannah's brother Matt"

"Hi" they all said with small waves.

Zayn nods his head slightly "it's a pleasure to meet you guys" he said

Nikki smiles. "Nice to meet you too, Zayn" she said before shooting me an 'OMG' look making me roll my eyes.

Zayn snickers slightly and looks at us. "So are we all ready?"

we all nod.

then Zayn turns around and we follow him to the quads.

We get outside and we follow Zayn to a brightly glowing table. Making me resist the urge to shield my eyes.

all of Zayn's mates were already there waiting for us, all of them glowing, each one brighter that the other.

"what's up mates?" Said zayn

the guys reply with a small wave.

"hiya mate" said the one with all the tattoos.

"where you've been?" Asked the one with the buzz-cut.

"and who are the lovely ladies you brought along with you?" Asked the blonde one as he eyed HANNAH up and down.

zayn smiles. "Guys this is Nikki, Hannah, Shannon, and Matt" he said

All the guys gave them warm smiles and small waves.

"and this here" said Zayn as he layed an arm across my shoulders. "is Nikki's little sister Alyssia"

i feel my face get a little warm and I looked down and say a small "HI"

The one with the tattoos grins a bit. "Nice to meet all of you" he said "I'm Harry." He then sends Shannon a wink making her blush.

"I'm Niall" said the blonde one. "And that guy over there is Louis"

the one on the other side of the table waves. "Hi" he said.

"and I'm Liam" said the buzz-cut one as he constantly eye balled my sister making her too blush, making me grin.

"it's very nice to meet you four" I said since all the girls were awestruck.

Zayn smiles. "Go ahead and sit down," he said. "We won't bite"

i laugh at the comment. "Well that's reasuring" I said as I took a seat next to him, wincing at my leg, earning concerned glances from Nikki and Zayn. I send them reasuring smiles which seemed to satisfy them and we begin messing around with the others, who began a conversation about how their parents would embarrass them really bad out in public.

"I remember in junior high I would be with my mom and we'd see people I know and she would yell things like 'HEY, ISN'T THAT THE GIRL YOU LIKE!?" Said niall making us all bust out laughing.

"I remember that very well" said harry "my mum did the same thing to me once, she ruined my middle school experience"

shannon laughed. "It couldn't have been as bad as mine" She said

"and what was yours?" asked zayn

"my parents decided it would be a good idea to pick me up from school wearing stripped onesie " she replied.

we all bust out laughing. Niall was laughing so hard he nearly fell off the bench.

"that's a good one" he said

"it was not!" Said Shannon. "I got picked on for about a month"

I look at zayn as he constantly laughed, showing his set of perfect white teeth.

God he's beautiful. I thought to myself

he notices me looking and flashes me a smile. "What about you?" He asked

"what?" I asked realizing I wasn't paying attention

"how do your parents embarrass you and your sister?"

i then clenched my jaw and swallow nervously. I haven't been asked about my parents before, in fact I never mentioned my parents to anyone. I opened my mouth to say something when my phone suddenly buzzes. "Hold that thought" I said as I look at the text from Taylor.

Tay: hey sis
me: hi tay
tay: how's everything?
me: good my leg has been bothering me a lot
tay: I'll take a look when you get home if you want
me: thanx ur the best :)
tay: anything for my lil sis

i swallow a bit before asking him a question I was praying he had.

Me: is "he" still there
tay: NA he but I didn't let him leave till I knew you left
me: thanx 4 tat 2 Tay
tay: just doin my job

i linger over the letters not knowing how to respond to that.

me: hey I g2g it's almost time 4 class
tay: Kay see ya soon. Love you
me: luv u 2. Cya

i then put my phone in my bag and get up. I tell everyone that I forgot something in my locker that I needed for the next class. Zayn offered to go with me but I just told him to stay with everyone else. And I grabbed my things and walked away with every bodies eyes on me as I left the table and entered the school.

i got inside and was making my way down the hall towards my locker when I heard someone calling my name. I turned to see who it was an saw the last person I wanted to see again today. David storm.

"hey babe" he said with a strange grin on his face.

without wanting to reply I try to slip past him but he grabs me on the arm. "I'm talking to you" he said in a low growl.

I began feeling my anger and I immediately brush it away."and I was trying to tell you to leave me the fuck alone but I guess you didn't catch that part" I said instantly regretting it.

David pouches me against some lockers and brings his face so close to mine I could feel his hot breath on my face. "Better remember who your talking to sweetheart" he said.

id rather not, I thought to myself. and my anger began to come up again. I then just look at him "get out of my face or else" I said.

he smiles as he reaches up and touches the side of my face. "Feisty" he said. "I like it."

rolling my my eyes I just shoved him aside and quickly made my way Down the hall and as far from him as possible.

i reach the area where my locker is and I notice a small group of girls standing in front of mine. "Excuse me" I said "but do you mind moving, your blocking my locker."

one of the girls turn to me with an annoyed look on her face till she saw me. "Oh Alyssia " she said "just the person I wanted to talk to"

i look at her in confusion. "Do I know you?" I asked.

"That's not important right now" she said as the other girls left us.

Once they were gone the girl grabs me and throws me against the lockers making wince as I hit me leg and slide down to the floor.

"You may not know me but I know you" she said "and I know that you've been hanging out with zayn Malik"

"what does he have to do this?" I asked getting extremely confused.

she kicks my leg making me cry out. "I don't have to explain anything to you" she replied "but I'm warning you, stay away from him"

i look at her as tears began to swell up in my eyes. "What the hell did I ever do to you?" I asked "why do I have to stay away?"

she he grabs my hair and pulls it back making me look at her. "Just stay the fuck away from him, don't smile,wave, or even talk to him, understand?"

not knowing what else to do I just nod as tears stream down my face.

she gets up and brushes hair away from her face. "Good, now I gotta get to class so see ya around Alyssia" then she turns around and walks ways as if nothing happened.

once she left I slowly picked myself off the ground and open my locker. I look in my little mirror and wiped away the tears that stained my cheek. Then I grabbed my sketch book and my song book and shut my locker and began making my way to my next class.

ZAYN'S POV:

i watched he'd as Alyssia walked away saying that she forgot something in her locker. I offered to go with her but she refused, telling me to stay with everybody else. I looked over at the others and noticed Nikki looking after her sister with a worried look on her face.

"you alright Nikki?" Asked Liam

she shrugs. "I just worry about her" she said. "Leash has been through a lot, and it hasn't stopped."

I look at her in confusion. "What do you mean?" I asked.

she looks at all of us then down at her hands as she thought about what to tell us. Once she decided she opened her mouth to speak but is interrupted by the bell. She sighs "I'll tell you guys later, I've gotta get going" she said

"ya so do we" said hannah getting up from the table.

"Wait" said Liam rubbing the back of his neck. "Can I have your number?"

nikki smiles and grabs a pen and Liam's hand. She quickly scribbles down her number before she walks away with Hannah, Matt and Shannon following her.

i say a quick goodbye to the guys as I began making my way to my final class of the day. I got inside the school and is intercepted by Chloe sparks.

"hi zayn" she said cheerfully.

"hi" I replied.

"You off to music class?"

"Ya, you too?"

She smiles. "Ya," she said " you want to walk with me?"

"no thanks" I said " I'm waiting for someone"

I notice a flicker of annoyance shoot across her eyes before she quickly recovers and gives me a small pout. "Aww please" she begged.

i sigh as I look around for Alyssia. "Fine I guess" I replied.

chloe jumps up and down "thank you so much" she said "you have no idea how happy that makes me, to walk with you I mean"

I just nod my head and start walking with Chloe practically sitting on my leg.

this is going o be a long class period, I thought to myself. and we made our way down the hall.

we get to music class and I immediately spot Alyssia sitting in a seat by the window. She notices me and was about to smile till her eyes focused on something behind me making her change her mind and she looked down at the book she had lying open on her desk.

confused I looked behind me to see what kept her from smiling and only saw Chloe smiling up at me. Then with a wink she quickly made her way to her desk and sat down.

did something happen between those two? I thought to myself as I took my seat next to Alyssia.

"hI" I said

she just responds with a small quick wave, but doesn't say a word.

"you ok?"

She nods.

i was about to ask something else but Mr. Rodgers came into the room telling us to take our seats and be quiet so he can talk about the plans for class today.

"so class" he said. "Today I will be giving you you assigned partners for the duet assignment. You and your partner have to pick and practice any song then perform it to the class"

oh, I thought. this is going to be interesting.

"I'll now tell you your partner for this project. Ms. Sparks, you'll be working with Mr. Storm"

everyone looked at them wanting to see their reactions. Chloe looked like she was about to kill somebody while David looked somewhat happy.

"Mr. Malik," said Mr. Rodgers. "You'll work with Ms. Lautner"

"yes sir" I replied then I looked over at Alyssia to see her face completely drained of color like she was scared. What?

"looks like we're partners" I said she swallows and nods. She looks over at Chloe making me look too. I saw Chloe glaring daggers at Alyssia before seeing me and quickly changing to a smile when she saw me looking.

Okay, i though something is going on between those two.

"So do u wanna come over so we can pick a song to sing for the project?" I asked

alyssia nods "I just need to let my brother know"

i nod "alright, if u want u can invite your friends over and they can hang out a bit so that it's not weird"

she smiles. "Thanks" she said "meet me in the parking lot and I'll follow you there"

"sounds like a plan" I said just as the bell for end of class rings.

"ok see u in a bit" she said grabbing her bag and her books

"alright" I said. " I'll be waiting." Then I walk out of the class room and pull out my phone and texted all the guys.

Z: hey guys we're gonna have company after school today
H: Lou wants ta no y
Z: Alyssia and the girls are coming over, me and Alyssia have a project to work on so we're doing it at the house.
N: I'll be there
H: we will be to
Li: I'm game
z: ok cya mates

i then smile and walk down the hall towards the front of the school.

hopefully she'll become closer with me and the guys, I thought.

I really like her, and maybe she can feel the same way about me.

Hey Guys so sorry for not updating so long. Been having probs with the computer, my brother practically took the good laptop and school has been taking up a lot of time.
