chapter 6
Sam’s p.o.v
Ugh. My phone says 1pm; I didn’t get to sleep until 5am. Eh 8 hours of sleep isn’t bad. It doesn’t matter though perrie and I caught up. It’s like we never stopped talking. She told me how she works at starbucks and their hiring. If I applied and got the job we would get to work together. How fun would that be?
When I finally rolled out of bed I walked down the hall to see if there was breakfast. No sign of perrie. I’ll make us scrambled eggs. Yum. When I turned to the fridge I saw a sticky note.
Had to go to work. I didn’t want to wake you! Help yourself to food! I know you will! Wow she really knows me. Even if she said don’t eat, I would have. Im done work at 4 but I have some things to do. So ill be there late tonight, don’t wait up! Xoxo Perrie.
Well then, ill just get some leftover pizza from last night. I like cold pizza better than eggs anyways. I started to walk back to my new room to unpack when I heard knocking. Great someone’s at the door. I looked down at my pyjamas. Damn Im hot. Before I reached the door I put my hair in a ponytail so I at least looked kind of presentable. “Hello?” I asked as I opened the door.
“Um ya hi. Is perrie there? Perrie Edwards?” the stranger questioned back. He had tattoos covering his arms; he had black hair, and was 4 or 5 inches taller than me. Although im only 5’5”.
“No she’s not here she’s at work. Who are you?”
“Zayn. Perrie’s my girlfriend”
“Funny she never mentioned a boyfriend…”
“Oh can you tell her, when you get the chance, that I have to postpone our date? I would tell her myself but she isn’t answering her phone. And I have to be somewhere. It’s kind of important.”
“Uhm I guess so” I replied uncertain. With that he walked away.
Wait. I think perrie said his name yesterday, when she opened the door. But why wouldn’t she tell me? Was she hiding something? I mean he seemed nice. Well im going to get dressed and go talk to her, guess unpacking will be saved for later.
