Chapter 1
I worked for a magazine in Wolverhampton, England. I didn't originally come from Wolverhampton. I had recently moved. I was born in London, England with my mom, dad; 2 brothers, and my sister. I felt the need to move away. Just the simple fact of needing space. I wanted to see more than just London. Don't get me wrong London is a great place. I just felt the need to leave. It hurts to have to say good-bye to all my friends, and family, but I feel more free. Yeah, I just moved to Wolverhampton not across the world. I've never left London, ever. I was taking baby steps.
I had an enormous stack of papers at my desk; my boss wanted me to finish them all before I got off work...Not going to happen. I ended up working later than I ever have. I had been working here for almost 3 months. I was already working over time. It was late, and only gotten through half the pile of papers. I was growing tired. I took a peek at the time. It was 12:29. I sighed. I rested my head onto the palm of my hand. Closing my eyes.
Suddenly I saw a girl with dirty blonde hair. She looked about my age. I was nineteen. She was walking along a rocky edge of some sort. The wind was blowing. It was a cloudy day. She looked happy. She was barefoot. Holding her shoes in her right hand. The girl looked familiar. I felt as if I seen her before. I had seen her before. I seen her in the mirror everyday. It was me. I took another step. The rock was loose, and I broke through the edge plummeting down. I quickly woke up. I caught me head from smashing onto my desk. I quickly came to realize the feeling of falling of the edge was because I was falling off my hand. I took another peek at the time. It was now 12:50.
Forget this. I thought. I'm going home. I inelegantly stood up. I grabbed my my purse, and stumbled over to the elevator. I pressed the down button, and waited for the doors to open. The door opened. I went in and pressed one. The doors closed. I got to first floor, and went to my car. I started the ignition, and drove home. I got home. I didn't waist any time getting to bed. I didn't change my clothes. I just kicked off my shoes, and went straight to sleep.
The next morning I woke up. The sun beaming into my eyes. I laid in my bed for a few minute before clumsily out of jumped bed. Still wearing the clothes I wore yesterday. I went to the living room. I jumped, and my cereal fell out of my hands.
"Hey babe," He smiled," Sleep well."
I jumped startles. I pressed my hand on my chest. Panicking. " Liam." Why was he in my flat. I thought to myself annoyed. What did I do to deserve this. I want him to just leave me alone. Irritation filled me. I just wanted to scream.
Liam lived a few flats away from me. He helped me move in and ever since then he won't leave me alone. He's very annoying. Though Liam is a very handsome man. I just don't see how someone so handsome can be so annoying and repulsive. He's also very arrogant.
Liam stood up." I'm sorry I didn't mean to frighten you." He apologized walking to me.
"Why," I said aggravated.
"Why what." He asked confused.
"Why are you in my flat," I asked.
He just shrugged.
"Seriously?" My tone was a tad louder." Your probably the most annoying guy I've ever met."
"Yeah, and your probably the most beautiful women I've ever met," He admitted smiling.
I walked over to the door and opened it. "Flattery won'y get you anywhere with me hun." I smiled gesturing him to get out.
Liam walked out the door."Hey, just one question," Liam's face was no more then a inch from mine. I could feel the warmth come off his body.
"What," It sounded a bit harsh. I lightly put my hand on his chest pushing him away from me. Liam stepped back." Go on a date with me." He stated.
"No." I smiled and shut the door on his face.
Liam's POV
After Kaylee shut the door. I turned around and went down the stair to my flat. I've been trying to get Kaylee for months. She was hard to get. She's just do beautiful I wish she would stop rejecting me. I know I annoy her but I make her smile. All I can ever think about is that blonde girl with light blue eyes beautiful complexion fantastic body, gorgeous smile, and most of all a great personality. I see what people don't see in Kaylee. Like the real reason she came here. She didn't just come here for more opportunity she came here for much more. I know she's a lonely girl. I wanted to be the one that kept her company but Kaylee keeps pushing me away.
