Chapter 5
~ Zayn's POV ~
I spotted Alex and knew this was the perfect time to make my move on her. She seemed so innocent and sweet. We'll at one point, they all did.
I walked up to her and she gave me a small smile.
"Hi, I'm Zayn. I noticed you're new here, so I offer my services to help you with whatever you need." She chuckled slightly and I smiled.
"Well, thank you Zayn. My name is Alex." I nodded my head at her and she shut her locker.
"What class do you have next?" I asked her as we walked down the hall.
"Lunch.... Like the rest of us..." I laughed at her shook my head.
"No! After that!" Her cheeks tinted with embarrassment and I chuckled.
"P.E. What about you?" She asked as we entered the lunch hall.
"Same, do you want to sit with me at lunch?" I asked her while biting my lip.
"Why the hell not?" She giggled and we walked over to an empty table.
~ Harry's POV ~
"Sam!" I called as she walked to the lunch hall. She whipped around and she smiled once her eyes fixed on mine.
"Hey Harry." She smiled. I smiled back popping my dimples.
"What are you doing for lunch?" I asked. She shrugged and I took her hand in mine.
"Where are we going?!" She said after we had exited the school.
"Seniors are allowed off campus for lunch... You're my plus one." I gave her a cheeky smile and I saw her eyes give in.
"Fine, let's go" she smiled afterward and her eyes sparkled.
"I used to always eat here when I was upset. Peaceful isn't it?" I asked her as we looked out over the water.
"Very. So, tell me about yourself Harry." She said. I looked at her with a blank expression.
"There's not much to tell. Mum and Dad divorced, sister, step parents. You know.... But I don't care about me, tell me about you!" I responded.
"No thanks..." She said hesitantly. She pulled out her phone and checked the time. "I think we should be getting back to school..." She stood up and walked around nervously.
"O-okay. Sorry I brought it up." I mumbled. She turned to me with pleading eyes and she sighed.
"I'm sorry... I just don't like talking about it." I shrugged and she kissed my cheek.
"What was that for?" I asked.
"You cared." She said before she walked back up to my car.
"Are you coming or just gonna stand there and watch me?" She teased. I chuckled before following her to the car.
