The Cherry Game

~ Louis' POV ~

"You're what?!" I exclaimed to Kali. This cannot be happening! I was so close to winning!

"Louis, I realized something....this relationship doesn't make me happy. You're grumpy, and I know you don't want to be with me either. So please, make this easy and just walk away." She pleaded.

"What's even happening?" I asked.

"I'm breaking up with you...." She trailed off.

"Fine, be like that! I thought you loved me!" I ran my hand through my hair, and sighed.

"I thought I did too...." She looked at the ground.

"Okay, we're broken up. I can't change the way you you feel about me, and that's fine. I'll see you around." I huffed before walking away from Kali. No one has ever broken up with me in the Cherry Game.

I walked out her house and into my car, going to where me and the boys were meeting up. After my four minute drive, I pulled up to a little cafe, and locked my car behind me.

"Louis! You're finally here!" Niall exclaimed. I glared at him and sat next to Harry in the booth

"Guys, Kali just broke up with me." I said.

"Ouch." Zayn said, with a smirk.

"It doesn't matter, because Harry's winning anyway. We all know it." Niall cut in. Harry's head shot up and he looked around.

"She said she loved me the other night." He said softly.

"See! We might as well quit now, because Harry's already going to win!" Liam yelled.

~ Harry's POV ~

I debated on telling them about Samantha and everything that has happened. My feelings for her, and the love I have in my heart only there for her. My mind raced around, and I sighed letting words slip out of my mouth.

"I quit." Everyone froze, and stared at me.

"You what?" Zayn asked, stunned.

"I said, I quit this game! I never realized how bad it actually is until now! Samantha...." I struggled with the words. "She went through something at her old school, a guy said he loved her just to get into her pants. I saw how bad it effected her. She was hurt, and her dad trusts no boy to go near her. I realized that what we're doing is totally lame, and stupid! We're hurting girls for our pleasure! They have hearts too, and they break really easily." After I was done talking everyone stayed silent.

"So, you quit then?" Liam asked.

"Fuck! Yes! I quit the hell out of this lame ass game! I'm fucking done!" I hissed.

"Wait...why didn't you tell us about Samantha earlier?" Niall asked.

"Because it was private for her! She's been though a lot of shit, guys. You would not believe what happened to her sister." I said leaning back again the cool metal of the chair.

"Now you have to tell us!" Liam exclaimed.

"Her moms boyfriend raped her. She's only six!" I exclaimed. Everyone went silent again.

"That's awful...." Niall trailed off.

"I think we should all quit, and tell the truth to the girls we picked this year. Think about it." With that I stood up and left the cafe.

"Merry Christmas Eve, my love!" Samantha gushed, as I pulled her into a hug.

"Merry Christmas Eve, Sammy. How are you and Megan?" I asked as she lead me into her house, and locked the door behind her.

"We're making cookies. Meggers, look who's here." Samantha said as we walked into the kitchen.

"Harry!" Megan squealed and wrapped her arms around my legs.

"Hi, you have frosting on you're face." I smiled wiping it off her cheek with my thumb. She giggled.

"Do you want to help frost cookies?" Megan asked me, I smiled and nodded.

"Of course."
