Kate's POV:
I watched as my dad drive into me and mom's car. I remember the screaming, the impact, and the horrendous sight of my own mother losing her life. I couldn't believe that my own father would kill my mom. That very next day became day 1 of the abusing.

I can never let my trust go into anyone anymore. I don't know how I will survive another day.

That was until I got the idea of running away....
