~Aubrey’s View~ Six Years Later~
“Kellen James Horan! Stop yelling at your brother, get downstairs now!” I yelled at my six year old son, who enjoys picking on his five year old brother. I never realized how hard it would be having the boys so close in age.
Julian was born on April 17th, he was a small baby, but so calm. His full name is Julian Connor Horan. He is currently five years old, but so full of life. Julian is different than KJ, he is shy and loves following KJ around.

“What mom! Julian won’t leave me alone!” KJ said as he walked down the stairs pouting.
“That does not mean you can yell at him! Your sister is taking a nap, if you wake her she will be up all night!” I was trying my best to be calm, Niall and I again added an addition to our family two years ago. We finally had the baby girl we were trying for.
Her name is Mandi Rae Horan, she was born on October 9th. She is the most adorable two year old, but so different compared to the boys. She is high maintenance, a daddy’s girl, and obsessed with pink. Everything she has needs to be pink, and her father spoils her to death.

So what happened with Niall and me? We are currently engaged, we have been for the past four years. Planning a wedding takes up so much time, and with three kids it seems impossible to plan. We our madly in love and that will never change. This past year and a half of our lives has been a complete roller coaster. We never had the chance to move to London, so are home is in Massachusetts. One Direction is still together, but has slowed down, with only a few shows a year, no big tours.
Liam and Danielle are married! They have two beautiful twin girls, Tiffany Eva and Gracie Lynn Payne. They our three years old and love to talk. They love Mandi, they think she is a little doll. Gracie has a crush on Julian, well this is what Liam tells Niall.
Zayn is single, he thought he found the right girl and she ended up cheating on him. I feel like he has just given up on love, he has pretty much has taken Nico under his wing; you would think they were brothers.
Then there is Lou and Eleanor who have been married for four years. Who have a boy and girl. Anthony Joel and Adriana Valarie. Anthony is four and Adriana is only two months old.
Liam and Lou live in London, which is unfortunate because we only get to see them once or twice a month. I have this attachment to Massachusetts now and I feel like I will never be able to leave. Then we have Mr. and Mrs. Styles. The most in love couple, they actually made me believe in true love.

I love being a father, I truly do. I never thought I would have to do it alone though, I lost the love of my life six months ago. I hate Leukemia, I hate it, I hate it. Peyton was cancer free for five years, and then it came back. I know she tried to fight it; she didn’t want to leave this earth. It was going to be Peyton and I against the world.
Now I had to face it with my three children. Darcie Dakota who is five years old, born June 21st. Nicholas Parker who is three years old, born on February 16th. Then we have the little miracle Maya Aviana who is 6 months old who was born on December 3rd.
They light up my world; I just hate doing it alone. I miss Peyton, day after day, I feel like I am trapped in a bubble. I know she is watching over us though. Darcie understands more than Nick or Maya. Nick questions it a lot, Maya of course doesn’t remember her at all, Peyton passed away a few days after Maya was born. That was a time in my life that I thought the world was over, but every time I look in Darcie, Nick, or Mayas eye I just feel and see Peyton.
Aubrey has been more than amazing, she already has her hands filled with KJ, Julian, and Mandi but she helps me out so much. She helps me remember all the little things; Zayn also helps me out all the time. He has his own room in my house, Nico always stays with us all the time, he is twelve now, and a great uncle, and the kids love him. Zayn or as the kids call him “ Uncle Zayn” treats my kids like he would his own.
I don’t think I will ever be able to move on from loving Peyton. Before she died she told me she wants me to be happy, but I don’t know how I can be happy. I am 24 years old, but I feel like I am 40. Peyton wanted kids right away, but I don’t blame her because Darcie, Nick, and Maya are the best, Darcie started kindergarten, she looks just like her mother. Nick is in pre-school, he loves hockey, just like his mother. Maya is a crazy baby; she has little dimples and loves to stick her tongue out at me.
After Peyton and I got married we moved into a big house, shortly after she was pregnant with Darcie. She played hockey for about a year at Yale and went to school. Then we had Nicholas, who has green eyes and gets all the girls. Peyton’s cancer came back when she was pregnant with Maya, that’s why she is our miracle, Peyton couldn’t take chemo while she was pregnant, which is why she passed away shortly after Maya was born. She wanted the baby to live, which makes me love her more and more.
One Direction will always be together and have a legacy, but we are all happy with our kids. I never thought I could lose the one I love so young, but I need to be strong for the kids, who are growing so quickly. They all get along well, maybe one day they will find love, the type of love Peyton and I had.
Darcie already has a crush on Julian, which is the most adorable thing ever. KJ has a crush on Darcie, which make it even more complicated. It is never too young to fall in love, right?
