My Baby
~Aubrey’s View~
Everything happened so fast I couldn’t comprehend what was happening. An ambulance came and rushed me to the hospital. My leg was in so much pain, as well as my stomach which was not a good sign. I was so scared and I kept screaming.
“Calm down please, can you tell us your name?” The EMT was asking me.
“My…my…baby!” Was all that came out of my mouth. My heart was racing so fast, I just wanted my mom and Niall. Most of all I wanted to know who hurt me and is putting my baby in danger. I think my leg was bleeding, I had a huge gash and it looked like I was losing a lot of blood.
“Aubrey is that your name? Aubrey look at me! Come on!” The EMT man was saying. I looked down and saw blood, my eyes rolled back and I felt like I couldn’t breathe. I passed out.
~Niall’s View~
My phone rang and I realized it was Mrs. Rylan, which was unusual. I answered the phone not being half prepared for what she going to say.
“Niall…Aubrey is in the hospital….she had a very serious fall and they might have to do a C-Section for the baby…I am not sure what is going to happen…” Mrs. Rylan said. I was speechless, I dropped the phone. I couldn’t feel my hands, I felt like I was going numb.
I called Paul and was on the next flight to America.
~Peyton’s View~
I got the call from Aubrey’s mom. I got in my car and rushed to the hospital. When I walked through the doors I saw Aubrey’s mom and dad and her two brothers Kellen and Matt.
“What did they say?! What is happening?! Where is she?!” I asked them.
“She has to have a C-section to make sure the baby is still alive and well…but they are not sure…she lost a lot of blood…and they think she broke her leg…” Aubrey’s oldest brother Kellen told me. He spoke so quickly that it took me a few minutes to grasp what he had said. The baby wasn’t due for another month…
I called Harry but it automatically went to voicemail. Ugh why does this boy not answer his phone when I need him the most? I texted Lou and asked where Harry was. I was surprised by how he responded.
Lou: He’s on a flight with Niall to see you and Aubrey, Paul booked him a flight right when he got the call, what’s going on how is Aubrey doing?
I was happy Harry went with Niall, because Niall needs a friend to comfort him, as much as Aubrey needs me to comfort her.
Me: Lou I’m not sure…I felt like I have been waiting for hours…I will text you as soon as I find something out…keep praying<3
We literally have been waiting for three hours in the damn hospital….Niall and Harry wouldn’t be here for another six hours…I just wanted them here now…
Aubrey’s mom and dad looked petrified scared of losing Aubrey or their first grandchild. Kellen and Matt looked stressed and I could tell they were also getting impatient. Waiting is the worst part.
“Who in here is waiting for Aubrey Rylan?” The nurse came into the waiting room and asked.
Aubrey’s parents, Kellen, Matt and I all said “me” in unison.
“ I have some news…come on in…” Was all she said.
