Meeting The Parents
~Peyton’s View~
I woke up to the smell of bacon, yummy. I realized Harry wasn’t next to me, but Nico was. He looked so innocent and cute while he was sleeping. I walked into the kitchen to see Zayn and Harry making pancakes, bacon, waffles, it looked so delicious. “Good morning babe! Hungry?” he asked full of flour. “YES, I’m starving! Waffles my favorite! Omg I need nutella!” they looked at me like I had five heads. “Never had nutella on a waffle? You are missing out on the most delicious food ever.” With that we finished the jar of nutella.
“Peyton you know the rule absolutely no boys in the house unless were home!” My dad was now shouting. “Dante, calm down! There not any boys there One Direction! Oh my God!” My mom was like fangirling what the hell? “Mrs.McKenna would you like some breakfast?” Harry asked her. “Oh please call me Analise.” She said. Wow this was going better than I thought, well with my mom. My dad thought I spent so much time with boys, when in reality the only boy I hung out with was Nico. He always judged and never listened to me. This was the difference between my dad and grandpa. My grandpa would have walked in and hugged Harry, he was that type of person.
Nico woke up and broke all the awkwardness in the room. “Mommy! Look what Zayn and I drew!” Nico said holding up a drawing of the five boys. You could tell Zayn helped and did most of it because it was amazing. My mom hung it up on the fridge and she looked so proud.
I realized Harry was leaving tomorrow. I still had to talk to him about what we were going to do, I knew we were going to stay a couple but the long distance thing was going to be hard. For now I was just going to think of today because if I thought of tomorrow I would make myself go crazy.
My dad went outside to play hockey with Nico and my mom had to clean up around the house since she hasn’t been home. Zayn went back to the hotel, his girlfriend was coming into town for the Boston show and he was hanging out with her tonight. Today was my last full day with Harry for who knows how long so I wanted to do something special. I went and got changed and had the perfect idea of what to do.

Last night was incredible. I had fallen for Niall Horan. I woke up to see him smiling and looking at me. “How did you sleep love?” he asked me. “Just wonderful, the best part is waking up to you though.” He pecked me on the lips. I checked my phone to see that Peyton had planned something for the four of us. She told me how Harry asked her out and I was beyond happy for her. I told Niall how we had to be at her house by noon. I went home and changed quickly into a cute dress. Looking forward to what Peyton had planned.

All of a sudden the front door open and my parents came in. They must have stayed at a hotel since the wedding was far away. “Mom your home! Finally!” I said and got up to hug her and my dad. “What is going on? Why are there boys in my house?” my dad looked confused and kind of upset as he said this. “Well um dad you know the band One Direction, well there tour bus kind of broke down in front of our house and we became um friends…really good friends.” I said smiling at Harry.
