Lost and Found

"Oh..hey Bryce." I grumbled, shoving a chip in my mouth to stop myself from saying something bad.

I still don't get why I don't like her. She just rubs me the wrong way. I feel kind of bad for just hating her with no reason. Oh well, she'll get over it.

"Hey!" She turned to peer over her shoulder. I cast my gaze at my bag of chips. Just eat. Just bite your tongue and eat. "I told you it was Andi!" Huh? Who's she talking to? I glanced up to see Grant walking toward us, hands stuffed into his pockets. His smile grew as he came to a stop beside Bryce.

"Hey Ands." He said, draping an arm over her shoulders.

Can I just say...ughh.

"Hey Grant." I replied with a genuine grin. At least he's here to keep Bryce away. As much as Grant's my friend I really just want them to leave. I gotta get back to Louis anyway. My eyes darted to where he stood, watching me and the other two interact. He raised his eyebrows, most likely wondering if he should come over. I shook my head. That would be a really bad idea.

"So what are you guys doing here?" I asked awkwardly, stuffing more chips in my mouth. Grant smirked.

"We're just on a date." Bryce giggled. Please shut up. "What about you?"

"Just sight-seeing." I bit my lip. Maybe I should have had Louis come over.

"Come on, Andi. I saw you and that boy." Bryce teased, raising her eyebrows at me. If she were Lyna or Belle or Luke, I would totally spill the beans. But her...she does not need to know anything. She knows what she saw though. Ugh, whatever.

"Oh, yeah." I looked at my almost empty bag of food. So not worth a dollar.

"Soo? Who is he?" Bryce inquired and I felt her gaze and Grant's like the weight of the world was on my shoulders. I glanced up shyly, examing their expressions. I can't tell them who he is. I can't do that to him. But I don't know what he is to me. He's just a friend, right? That's what I told him anyway. But I really don't want to look like a single loser here at millenium park. I cannot let Bryce show me up. I just can't. I bit my lip again.

"He's my...boyfriend."

Louis's POV:


Niall: Mate where r u with the food? U left like 1 hr ago!!! :/

Me: Im busy. Have Zayn run out. Srry :(

Niall: U suck.

I put my phone back in my pocket sighing. I didn't want to tell the boys what I was up to without talking to Andi about it first. What if she doesn't want them knowing? It's not like I can keep a secret from the boys, but I at least want to tell her that I'm going to let them know.

I looked up to see Andi say something to the boy and girl in front of her. She stood with her head high, confident toward her..friends? Who knows who they are to her. The guys face fell, but the blonde beside him doesn't notice. Interesting. Instead, she smiled and started hugging Andi, who clearly didn't reciprecate the action. Not at all like she did during the kiss. It was so passionate and it made me feel all sorts of things. All kinds of-

God, what is this girl doing to me?

Andi makes my heart pound and gets me tongue tied. I can't help but feel something toward her. And then that kiss...god, how can I not like her more than I probably should. She said that we're just friends, but I know she wants me too. I could tell and I still can. I would know too. I haven't felt anyhting like this since before Andria died.

Andria...

Even just her name brings up the memories. She was my first love, my first everything. Andria meant the world to me. And then, she was stolen from me. She was taken away and removed from the living. It wasn't fair. I remember how upset it made me. My only reason for being alive was gone. My light had gone out. But somehow the boys pulled me through it and brought me back to a good place, a stable place. I can't thank them enough. They saved my life after all.

But Andi? She just gets all those old feelings to awaken and become alive. I feel like a teenager on his first date. My hands get warm, my stomach swirls, and I can't help but want to be around her. The only reason I agreed to go out and get the boys' food was so I could hopefully see Andi. Guess it was my lucky day.

"Lou!" Andi shouted while looking directly at me. Nodding, I headed over there. Who was I to deny her my presence? As I made my way toward her, I saw her plead to me with her eyes to play along. Play along with what? Once next to her, she smiled gratefully and turned to the other people.

"This is my boyfriend." She stated. Boyfriend? Not that I don't want to be, but when did she change her mind? When did this even happen? She did want me to play along... this must be what she meant.

"Louis." I stated, sticking my hand out to the guy.

"Grant." He grumbled. Well, someone is a little crabby. I turned to the girl.

"Bryce." She giggled, shaking my hand while batting her eyelashes. Annoying much? I smiled at her and let go, shifting closer to Andi. Bryce's eyes widened as she continued to stare me.

"Oh my god!" What? Do I have something on my face? "You're Louis Tomlinson!!!" I nodded sadly. Of course, someone would recognize me. I knew it would happen sooner or later, I was just hoping to postpone it as much as possible. Too late now.

"You're in One Direction!!!" This girl really needs to stop talking now. Her shouting is making people stare. God, how do you shut her up? I looked to Andi helplessly.

"Yeah, he is. Would you stop shouting it? I think China can hear you." Andi snapped. Woah. She must not like Bryce. I can see why though. That girl is just...too much. I smiled with relief toward Andi.

"Sorry." Bryce murmured, snuggling closer to Grant. His arm was wrapped around her shoulders possessively, but he wasn't even paying any attention to her. Wait. That's how a couple acts. I should probably do something like that with Andi. But not the same thing. I got it. I slipped my arm around her waist, pulling her flat against my side. Her eyes flashed with some unreadable emotion while her own arm slid around to my other side. Andi's head fell against my shoulder.

I want to be able to do this with her all the time.

My phone buzzed. I slipped it into my palm while Andi conversed with mainly Grant, but sometimes Bryce.

Zaynie;) : Mate, u ok?

Me: Yup, y?

Zaynie;) : Uve been gone a while. Boys got worried.

Me: Im fine.

Zaynie;) : Have u talked to Andi?

Shit, does he know?

Me: No, y?

Zaynie;) : She didnt answer my text. Jw.

Me: Maybe shes sleepin. Mate, stop worrying.

Zaynie;) : Ok I will. Cya later Lou

Man, he's really stressed out. I'lll have Andi text him later. I hate when he gets freaked like this. I tuned back into the conversation, focusing on Grant. His eyes keep lighting up whenever Andi speaks or does anything. I gripped her a little tighter, earning myself a look from her. But I didn't care. Grant had better back off. There's only one person here that is allowed to look at Andi like that.
