Upon graduation, best friends and pediatric graduates Amy Hoult and and Ranae Walters decided to sign up as medical volunteers for Operation Smile, a worldwide children's charity organization that helps treat facial deformities. Unknowingly, during the 2-month-long program that they signed up for, they will be seeing the boys of One Direction often. Operation Smile was the band's adopted charity as they take a break after the completion of the Take Home Tour.
