That Night
Chapter 1
Anna's POV
*Beep Beep Beep* Shit. My alarm clock. I usually wouldn't wake up at 9 in the morning but, today was my first day of collage. Yes, i'm a sophomore so this is my second year here but my summer was so great. Late nights, naps, bonfires, Luke.
I went down stairs to say bye to my mom but she was passed out. Late nights at the hospital could do that to a person. There was a note on the door.
"Give me a call when you get unpacked and settled in. Have fun. I love you babe. xx Mum." Thanks mom. I realized what time it was. Oh, shit. Luke's picking me up in 2 hours. Not just him though. He's bringing me and Emma. Emma and I met last year at the University of Newcastle (Australia.)
I jump in the shower and wash my hair, shave, wash my body. I got out and brushed my teeth and dried my hair. I figured this was the first time in a while that I had to dress up for. I curl my hair and throw a beanie on it. Luke loved when I wore beanies. Damn, I got to get over him. He's a junior and i'm a sophomore. Plus he goes to some other university. I pull on skinny jeans and my nirvana tank-top that Luke got me for my birthday. I eat breakfast and make some coffee. I made enough for Emma, Luke, me, and an extra just in case Matthew, Lukes best friend, came along.
*Beep*
My phone sounded. It was a text.
Emma: Hey whore . be there in 5 . Bring me Luke and Matt coffee.
Me: Gotcha slut. already made. hurry.
Emma: excited to see luke?
Me: I'm wearing the nirvana tank he got me.
Emma: Outside. BRING COFFEE
Me: Someone didnt take their pills today. be out in a min.
I slipped on my uggs and ran out. I gave Matthew the coffee and took one for me.
"Emma's in the back and nice tank . someone with great music taste must have gotten you that. haha" Luke said.
"Only the best." I replied with a small giggle.
"Luke hurry before I kill you Luke" Emma said.
"Chill were 2 hours away from Newcastle. Relax Em. Take a nap or something" Matthew replied.
"Fine. Emma said putting in her earbuds. She quickly puller them out and looked at me.
"Wheres your stuff?" Emma said to me.
"I came by last night. It's in the back." Luke said.
"Oh okay. " She said putting in her ear buds again. I did the same.
We arrived to the university and Emma nearly broke her arms trying to carry her stuff.
"here let me" Matthew said grabbing the heavy things.
"Thanks Matt" Emma replied with a smile.
"Here." Luke said grabbing some of my bags.
"Thanks" i replied grabbing the rest.
This is going to be a fun year.
