Do You Really Love Me?

Ashley's POV
When the hot shower hit my face it felt so good, after i showered and brushed my teeth i got dressed in some leggings and a nice dressy shirt, the doctor said I could go home today thank god! Since I had no hair dryer i had to towel dry it and it was driving me insane. So I left it down and wet, the doctor did one more check on me and said I can't drive for a month then left with Zayn holding my hand protectively. I was so tired so I suggested that they go back to their hotel and I will go back to my apartment so I can sleep in my own bed but they didn't want me to be alone so the girls decided to stay and we could have a sleepover.
Sky's POV
On the way to Ashley's apartment Niall was acting a little strange he kept whispering to the boy a lot and he would manly Liam and when I asked what they were talking about they would say nothing I hope everything is okay between us.
Ashley's POV
When I got in the taxi Zayn sat next to me and I fell asleep all through the car ride home.

Zayn had woken me up and I stirred not wanting to get up, he chuckled and picked me up bridal style and carried me to the apartment and to my bed, he started to walk away but I had grabbed his wrist and mumbled " stay" he hesitated for a second then lay down next to me wrapping me in his arms I was more awake than I was before but still tired I snuggled close to him and he said " I love you" I couldn't say it back I have said it before but this time I couldn't and I'm scared.
