Niall's POV-
"That was a great game mate, your swing is really getting better!" I patted Harry on the back and waited as the elevator moved up each floor.

"Thanks lad! So how do you think Lou's date went with Miss Wanted?" He asked.

"Well she seems like a nice girl so I can't imagine Louis fucked it up that badly yet," I laughed.

He scoffed, "Exactly. She seemed like a nice girl so I'm sure Louis' managed to fuck it up."

I nodded in agreement, "Yup, probably right."

We got off of the elevator and went to Harry and Lou's suite. Louis was pacing back and forth in the living room, freaking out.

"Then she just LEFT! I bet it has to do with that Nathan guy. I don't like him!"

Liam, the usual voice of reason, attempted to help, "Well Louis maybe it has to do with you saying you took her out to get back at her brothers friend. That could be it."

"No no no no.. it's about Nathan. I know it. Once he's out of the way, I'll have a clear shot at Sophia."

I laughed and nudged Harry, "You know it's love when you start talking like an assassin."

"Louis mate, don't you think you're acting a little crazy?" Harry said.

"No, I don't I think I'm acting a little crazy actually." He began scrolling through his phone and shot his head up, "Cancel the flight for tonight, we're leaving in the morning."

"What why?! That's cutting it close Lou.." Liam said.

"Because Sophia is going to a party tonight for Nathan's birthday and we're going."

Everyone's eyes went wide, "Are you bloody insane?! Why would we go to that?!"

"The most important parties to attend are the ones you're not invited to. It's black tie so get it together and be ready in two hours."


I seriously think Louis has lost his mind. But per usual, we did as he said and put on our tuxes and followed our fellow band mates instructions.

"Lou what exactly is the plan tonight? Bust into the birthday party of a guy who hates us and try and win Sophia over?" I asked skeptically. I mean I like Sophia but this is a little much.

"No dumbass, it's a masquerade party. We're going to bust in, find Sophia and steal her heart so I can apologize for today. Obviously," he handed each of us masks and we put them on and got out of the car.

There was no paparazzi surprisingly so we breezed right in. I looked over at our ring leader for our mission. I knew that this entire night wasn't just about Sophia. It had to do with the fact that Louis was obsessed with drama and this was chalk full of it.


Louis' POV-
"Okay so Harry and Liam, try and distract Max and Tom if you can find them. Zayn and Niall, look around for anyone that looks like Sophia and try and feel 'em out. I'm going to do the same. Call me if you find her."

All of the boys nodded and went on their way. Maybe this sounded crazy. It probably was a little crazy. But I don't care. I believe in fate even if she doesn't and I know that it was fate that brought us together. I've never had a girl challenge me so much and drive me so completely insane.

I walked around for ten minutes chatting up every person that had the same features as her but no luck. I saw the back of Harry's curly head and grabbed his arm, yanking him into a corner.

"How's it going?" I asked hopefully.

"Well I met a girl named Leah, she seems great. She has no idea who I-"

I cut him off. "Not what were here for Haz! Come on I need to find Sophia!"

"Who's looking for me?" I turned around to see Sophia standing there.

"Sophia!" We yelled in unison.

"Louis?!" she whispered, "What are you fucking doing here!" She was angry. really angry. I grabbed her arm and pulled her into the hallway.

"Isn't there someone else you can torture?!" she spat.

I smiled seductively and bit my lip, "Probably, but I choose you."

She cracked a smile and I knew I was in. I grabbed her hips and pulled her into me, "Leave with me"

She stammered, "I… I can't Lou. It's Nathan's birthday and wait, aren't you supposed to be on your way to Spain right now?!"

"I needed to be with you. You drive me crazy Sophia. Please come with me. Stay with me tonight. If you don't want me tomorrow then I'll leave you alone, just give me tonight. Please. I'm leaving tomorrow and we wont be in the same country for three weeks."

She looked around frantically and sighed, "Fine but we need to get out of here before 1) someone notices you're here and 2) someone notices I'm gone."

I kissed her lips softly and whispered, "I'll be in the car in 10. I just need to find the other boys."

"You brought all of them with you?! Are you fucking crazy?!"

"Only for you" I winked and walked away.

I found Liam and Zayn chatting up a couple of girls and grabbed them, "Let's go."

Zayn gave me a funny look, "We're trying to find your bird!" He protested.

I rolled my eyes and dragged them towards the door, "You can put your tiny brains to rest. Once again the world has proven: Anything you can do, the Tommo can do better!" I grinned.
