My phone began to ring and I groaned, it was one in the morning. I had slept all day and was thankful no one had woken me. I didn't bother answering the phone until the person called for a third time.

It was Louis sister, Lottie. "Hi babes, it's late.. everything okay?" I asked.

She was hysterical and I couldn't understand a word she was saying. "Lottie.. calm down. Where are you?"

"I… I'm… at… home… please come get me. Sophia pleeaseeee come get me."

I couldn't understand why she would call me and not her brother but I decided not to push it. If Lottie needed me over Louis, I was in no position to judge.

"I'll be there in an hour okay? Lottie I love you please calm down."

She sobbed even harder before choking out an "okay" and hanging up. I climbed out of my bed and got my shoes on, grabbing my keys and walking out of the door.




Siva and Nathan were playing cards in the hallway.

"Hey Sophia, wanna play?" Siva asked.

"I um.. I can't. I have to go take care of something."

Nathan looked at me concerned, "Everything alright?"

I thought back to the terror in Lottie's voice, "Honestly I don't know. But I'm going to get Louis' sister from Doncaster. She needs me."

They nodded and Nathan tossed me his keys, "My cars faster. Hope everything's alright."

I kissed both of their heads, "I'll call you later"



I got into Nathan's car and dialed Perrie's number.
"Mmmm Soph? It's late, what's up?"

"I'm on my way to pick up Lottie right now from Doncaster. She said she's at home so she's not hurt I don't think but she's really upset. I don't want to bring her back to the hotel so can we crash at yours?"

She took a deep breath, probably trying to wake up a little and process what I was saying. "Yes of course. I'll call the door man now and have him let you in."

"Perrie Edwards you are a life savor."

She giggled, "Anything for you Sophia. See you in a couple of hours."

Louis' POV-
I was trying really hard to intently listen to the girl sitting next to me at the bar. Her name was Alice and she had HUGE knockers. But all she would talk about is herself.

"So like, then in the 10th grade I had my first vision and you know I was like so freaked out!"

I shook my head in disbelief, "So wait, you're a psychic?" I asked.

"No I'm a medium. Like I can talk to the dead. There's a difference."

Somehow the idea of a chick being able to talk to the dead doesn't sound like my cup of tea. "It was a pleasure meeting you, but I'm going to get out of here."

"Oh you sure?" She asked.

"Um yeah I'm sure.." I ran over to harry and grabbed his arm, "We have GOT to get out of here mate, right now."

He saw the clear annoyance in my eyes and nodded, saying goodbye to whatever girl he had been hitting on.



"I don't know why I thought going out would help my slump." I groaned. H

e nudged my arm and grinned, "Because you're Louis Tomlinson and you're not allowed to get upset over a girl."

I knew that he was trying to make me feel better, but maybe right now I just needed to be upset. "I dunno Haz. I don't think I'm just going to get over this one. "

I was getting more and more frustrated with every word I spoke.

"Woah woah Lou what's wrong?"

"I don't understand why this had to happen! Why did I have to kiss that girl. Why did Sophia have to sleep with Nathan. Things were going well. I was falling in love with her Haz. She just gave it all up.. and I guess I did too. I don't know how to fix this.."

He put his arm around my shoulder and sighed, quoting one of my favorite writers with the first quote I ever showed him after his first huge heartbreak: "Sometimes it's hard to see the lines we've drawn until we've crossed them. That's when we rely on the ones we love, to pull us back and give us something to hold onto."

I smiled, "using my words against me? You're learning young grasshopper."

He grinned and punched my arm. "Come on man, let's get drunk and play video games."





We walked into the complex to see two girls standing in front of Perrie and Zayn's flat... knocking. But not just any girls. My little sister, and my ex girlfriend.

"Lottie? Soph?" They turned around and I could see the horrified look on Lottie's face as she hid behind Sophia. "Lottie what are you doing here! I mean I'm not mad! But what are you doing here? With my exgirlfriend?"

She smiled sheepishly and Sophia looked all around the hallway, making eye contact with anything other than me.

"Sophia George." I stated blankly.

"Louis Tomlinson." She spat back.

Perrie opened the door and looked at the four of us, "Well.. this is extremely awkward. Come in guys."

I looked at Sophia and stammered, "I... I'm gonna go."

She looked directly passed me and visibly cringed. "That's probably a good idea."

I walked over to Lottie and kissed her head, "Come have breakfast with me tomorrow morning, have a good night with Sophie."

She nodded and grabbed onto Sophia's arm, leaning onto her. I looked at Harry who couldn't stop looking at Sophia. "Come on Haz, let's go home."

"Alright yeah.." He walked with me but stared back at the girls the entire time.

Sophia's POV-
"Okay Lottie, tell us what's going on." She curled up on the couch and tried to keep her composure. She looked like she had been crying for hours. I pushed her blonde hair out of her face and smiled, "Spill, now."

"Well.. so I've been hooking up with this guy on and off for the last year or so. It was casual, you know? We really liked eachother but there were so many obstacles in the way. Like it could never REALLY work. But he's funny, and sweet to me, and makes the effort when he can, and he's so cute. You know what I mean Sophie?"

I nodded my head, she had no idea how familiar that sounded to me. "Well.. we sort of hooked up again like a month and a half ago and I... I think I'm pregnant."

I tried to hide my shock and can imagine what Louis would do. But I forced myself not to think about him because this wasn't about him, it was about Lottie. I looked at Perrie who's maternal instincts had totally kicked in, "Well have you talked to this guy?"

She shook her head no. "Okay.. have you taken a test yet?"

"I'm too stared. What if I am? My mom would KILL me. I'm supposed to be finishing highschool and applying to the Parsons and a bunch of other fashion schools. My mom is pregnant with twins! How weird would that be? Not to mention what the press would do to Louis? Not to mention what Louis would do!"

I took in everything she was saying, and she was right. This is one bizarre scenario to be in, especially when you're only 16. Lottie was the oldest girl in her family so she didn't have anyone to talk to about this sort of stuff. God knows she couldn't talk to Lou.

"I know Lottie, but you have got to take the test and take it from there." I looked at Perrie, hoping she would take lead of the conversation.

"Okay.. well I have a pregnancy test in the bathroom somewhere so I'll go grab it and you can drink some water so you'll pee."

A couple of minutes later she handed Lottie a pink box and pointed her to the bathroom, "Don't worry, Lou doesn't have to know ANYTHING right now." She nodded numbly but honestly, she looked terrified.
