Bella's P.O.V.

I know what I said was a bit too harsh but at the moment I really didn't care. I mean, yeah he has to do that project with her but the fact that he ditched us for her was annoying me.
Although Liam looked quite hurt with my words but I'm not going to apologize. Not yet anyways.

'Heey! Bella!' I heard someone call after me as I reached the schoolyard. I just wanted to leave the school as fast as possible.
I stopped and turned around to see someone running towards me. I thought it might be Abbey since I completely forgot about her and left her with Liam but it wasn't her. It was a guy.
It was Max.
'Woow you're fast' he chuckled as he finally reached me bending down and trying to catch his breath.
'I saw you storming out of the building and you looked.. you know a bit angry' he said stretching his arms a bit before looking me into the eyes.
'Is everything alright?' He smiled at me and I couldn't help but blush. How sweet of him.
'Yeah, it's nothing..' I faked a smile.
I could tell he didn't buy it but he left the topic and I was really glad. It went silent for a while. Awkwaaaaard.
'Soo ahm, I just wanted to make sure that today is fixed?' He smiled at me.
'Yeah it is' I replied smiling too.
'Okay cool.. hey, I'm driving home! Do you need a ride?' He asked me.
'Oh ehm.. no thank you, I have to wait for Abbey' I blushed again. What is it today with these moodswings?
'Oh okay. Well see u later then' he winked and jogged towards the parking lot.
Just as his car left I could hear Abbey call me from the entry.
' I thought you left.. are you okay?' She said walking towards me and looking me into the eyes.
'Yeah I'm fine. Shall we leave?' I smiled at her.
She looked surprised but she just nodded and we started walking.


As soon as I got home I walked upstairs to clean up my room a bit. I don't want it to be messy when Max is here.
After half an hour I finished cleaning it and went downstairs to eat something.
My mom was already at work and has to work till 2am I guess. That happens when your mom is a doctor.
But that means I have the whole house for myself.
Usually I'd be most of the time at Abbey's but today I need to stay home.
I made a sandwich before walking into the living room and turning on the TV. It was 3:20pm now and Max would be here at 4:00pm. I had enough time just for myself.

I was watching how I met your mother as I heard the doorbell ring. OMG. Max is here.
I couldn't actually believe this. Max - almost the hottest guy will be here.. with my.. at my house.. and we'll be all alone.. SNAP OUT OF IT BELLA!
I quickl walked towards the door and opened it with a big smile on my face.
'Hey, sorry I didn't hear the bell' I smiled. Very good. Play it cool. We walked inside and I closed the door.
'Oh no problem he smiled before taking of his jacket and placing it on the couch. 'How I met your mother, huh?' He chuckled gesturing towards the TV.
'Yeah I was bored' I shrugged. 'Shall we go upstairs?' I smiled.
He nodded and followed me to my room.

'So basically you just kicked him in the balls because he threw your hamster into the lake?' Max kept on rolling on the ground holding onto his stomach and laughing ao hard it was even difficult for me not to burst into laughter.
'I was 10!' I defended and he propped himself up whiping away some tears. We were currently sitting on my bed - well actually I was sitting and he was lying on the ground but whatever - and talking about our childhood.
We've already finished the project in 2 hours.
Max was actually a nice guy and very friendly and he would make you laugh every 5 minutes.
Before I could realise he said already next to me on my bed looking at me.
'what did actually happen at school earlier today?' He asked out of nowhere.
I just shrugged. 'It's nothung really. I was just a bit pissed that.. you know Liam is doing this project with Megan and he ditched us two times today. And right now they will be fucking in her bed' I said and could myself getting a bit annoyed but I also felt disgusted.
'Oh I see. But you know, if you really love him you should trust him. I don't think Liam is su-' he started but I cut him off.
'Waaaait hold on a second! What do you mean by 'If you really love him' ?!' I asked shocked.
'Wh- aren't you guys dating?' He asked puzzled.
My eyes widen and I bursted out laughing.
'What? No! Wh- Why would you think that?! He's just my best friend!' I replied still laughing.
He started to laugh aswell ' Damn, if you would have told me earlier I would have broken up with Alicia ages ago!' He winked. So Abbey was right. He isn't dating her anymore.
'Keep dreaming' I laughed.


Abbey's P.O.V.

'Finally!' Kevin sighed before plopping down on the bed next to me.
'Oh come on it wasn't that bad, was it?' I smiled at him.
'Of course it was! I hate arts. I don't even know why I picked it two years ago' he chuckled.
I was about to responds as I heard the door downstairs open and close again.
'Just wait a sek' I told Kevin before jumping of the bed and walking downstairs.
'heey Ash' I smiled walking towards him. He pulled me into a bear hug. ' Hi Abs, mum still at work?' He smiled letting go of me.
'Naah, groceries shopping' I replied. 'How was work?' I asked.
'Good! I also need to tell you and mom something' he grinned.
'Well okay, I have to go upstairs again. Kevin is waiting' I smiled alread knowing his reaction.
'Who is Kevin?' Ashton asked in a confused tone.
I giggled to myself. I loved to piss him off.
'Oh you know.. just the hottest guy of our school' I shrugged.
'You know he wont be 'hot' anymore if he had a bruised eye and a broken leg' Ashton replied and I started to laugh.
'Geez, Ash! I was just kidding. He's here because of a project' I smiled before making my my way upstairs.
'I sincerely hope so!' I could hear Ashton chuckle before I entered my room again.
Kevin was sitting on my bed staring at me with a big smirk plasted on his face.
'What?' I laughed.
'The hottest guy of the school,huh?' He winked. Shit. He heard the conversation.
'Shut up' I laughed sitting down next to him.

After a while of silence he spoke up.
'Soo I wondering if.. you know next week is this party right? At Eric's..' he said and I nodded. 'Well I wanted to know if maybe you wanted to go with me to that party?' He smiled at me.
'Don't you have a girlfriend?' I asked him a bit confused but still smiling.
'No we broke up a week ago. She was nice but I didn't feel it, you know?' He asked and I nodded.
'I'd love to go with you' I smiled and his face lit up.
