Sarah got up too. I just wanted to punch something. I can't believe they just said that.

"He was more than that" She said smiling.

I laughed at him.

"He was a hero" Well things just got funnier.

"We need you to help us find him" Josh added.

I didn't know if I should cry or laugh then David got up too.

"We believe that you and your father might share a connection like you and I do" He said walking towards me.

We didn't have a connection. Who the hell did he think he was?

"I haven't even seen him since I was 7 years old" I replied with tears in my eyes.

Remembering the day he left us hurt me every time.

"You're his daughter. If anyone can contact him, it's gonna be you" Sarah explained.

"What if I don't wanna find him?" I yelled at them so Sarah took a step back.

"He bailed on us the same way he bailed on you, okay?! He left my mom and a little girl who loved and trusted his dad" I said angrily.

"Becca, he left so you could have a normal life. So you could grow up safe from Ultra. So you could grow up human" David said apparently a bit taken back from my tone.

"If it wasn't for him, you'd be in a cage like a lab rat" Sarah said looking frustrated.

"I don't believe you" I said angrily, looking directly in her eyes.

They all looked at me disappointed, well David more hurt than disappointed. Sarah rushed away and said that I should follow her.

"Then you'll believe this" She said going in a room. "Play his last message Tim" She said looking up.

"Who the hell is Tim? Who are you talking to?" Okay I wasn't crazy, they were.

"I am a computer" The projector above us said.

Wait, what?! Now I'm imagining objects talking too. Then they explained how they stole a super computer from Ultra. Then a video popped on the wall.

"Hello Becca" I turned around and saw my dad on the wall.

"If things turn out the way I hope, you'll never see this" He said smiling, I just wanted to punch the smile off his face.

"But if you are seeing it, I'll start by saying I'm sorry" I didn't need his apologize.

"Turn it off" I whispered. "I said turn it off!" I yelled and turned away.

Apparently Tim understood harsh tone.

"I don't need an apology from him. I think it's a little too late" I said with tears in my eyes but I wasn't crying.

I was frustrated and angry.

"I am nothing like my father" I gulped loudly.

They all looked upset, well newsflash I didn't wanna be here in the first place.

"I'm sorry but you got the wrong girl. So um I have to get out of here. I have to get out of here so please get me out of here" I know I wasn't making sense but I was about to cry, I really wanted to leave.

"Take my hand Becca" David held out his hand.

I obliged without even questioning and we teleported. Well she teleported me.

I woke up to the sunlight hitting my face in my bed. I knew all of that were just a dream. I got up to wash my face but I hit my toothbrush and it was falling down so I held out my hand to catch it but instead it stayed in the mid air. Then it came to my hand and I held it. Maybe it wasn't all just a dream. I smiled to myself and got ready. As usual I drove over to Chloe's house.

"Becca Conant! What happened yesterday and why didn't you answer my calls? I was so worried!" Chloe got in and hugged me.

"Oh sorry, I just lost my phone and I didn't feel well" I faked a smile.

"Fine but you know you can tell me anything right?" She smiled at me.

"Yeah of course" I smiled and started the car.

Maybe I should tell her but even I wasn't even sure so maybe some other time. We got in our building and Harry asked me the same stuff.

"Babe I promise I'm fine" I said as I kissed him then I remembered what David said.

Was he with me the whole time? Like the time I stayed over at Harry's? Well that's embarrassing, I thought to myself. Then the day was usual. After school I said my goodbyes to everyone and said that my mom needed me home quickly. I pulled in my driveway then started walking. After some time I saw a black SUV coming towards me. I didn't mind and continued walking but took the first street to the left. I could feel the adrenaline rushing through my veins. To my luck, the car slowly followed me. Okay I was panicking but didn't show it. Then I remembered David was usually inside my head.

"David can you hear me?" I said inside my head, well it was worth a shot.

"Where are you" He replied quickly.

Thank god, I felt like my heart was gonna come out. I replied and told him that someone was following me then I started running as fast as I could.

"Come on PE, don't fail me now" I said under my breath and took a right turn but another car came that way.

It stopped in front of me so I turned around and ran the other way but I forgot there was another car. A guy came out of it and he was inches away from me.

"Hello Becca" He said smiling.

"Who are you?" I asked him out of breath.

"You have his eyes you know. Your father" He said smiling.

"What?" I said as someone put a black bag over my head.

I yelled for help as they got me in a car and drove away.
