Hi, my name is Becca Conant. I have the perfect life; my mom is amazing. She's the editor of Glamour US, my boyfriend couldn't be more perfect plus I have the best friend ever. Although my life is amazing right now, strange things have been happening to me lately. Like I wake up at someone else's house sometimes and they say it's sleepwalking but I know it's not that. You know that voice in your head? The one that tells you right from wrong? Well for me, it's not the only voice in my head. It was October and I was getting ready for school. This thing started happening like a month ago.

"Becca! Get ready soon or you'll be late" My mom yelled from downstairs.

"Okay mom" I yelled back and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth.

"Becca" The voice in my head said.

I didn't bother. It was probably because of drinking too much or I was too stressed I was imagining things.

"Becca, you're not crazy" The voice said.

I just took a pill and went downstairs.

"I'm leaving mom" I said as I grabbed my car keys.

"See you later hunny, drive safe"

"Will do" I said as I shut the door.

I checked myself in my mirror when I buckled my belt. To be honest I really liked my appearance. I knew I was pretty and Harry, my boyfriend tells me that everyday. I am the only blonde in my school, not counting the fake ones. I drove over to my friend Chloe's house to pick her up. We've been friends since kindergarten and nothing could break our friendship. She was always the sassier one.

"Hey Becs" She said as she got in.

"Hey" I smiled at her and drove off.

"Becca, listen to me" The voice in my head said but I tried my best to concentrate on the road.

"Hi babes" Harry said as he kissed me.

"Hi" I smiled biting my bottom lip.

"You know it takes me off the edge when you do that" He whispered in my ear.

I giggled as Chloe joined us.

"Do you see that girl over there?" She said annoyed, looking at this girl named Melissa.

Melissa is the kind of girl you don't wanna hang out with. She always starts the rumors around school and literally hits on every single guy.

"Ugh, yeah. What's she up to now?" I ask rolling my eyes.

"I don't know. Let's find out" Chloe smiled wickedly and we walked over to her.

"Hey Melissa. Who's boyfriend are you hitting on now?" I smiled as I shut her locker door.

"Go away Becca" She replied annoyed.

"That's not nice now Melissa, is it?" Chloe mocked her.

"Why you two gotta be so mean?" She asked us angrily.

"You see.. We're the mean girls" Chloe replied laughing making me laugh too.

Just as I was gonna say something the bell rang.

"Saved by the bell" Chloe nodded and we parted our ways.

I had 2 periods of geometry so I spent some time at my locker to go late as possible as I could. I was thinking about my 'sleepwalking' and the mysterious guy in my head. I was definitely going crazy and I didn't tell anyone about it.

"Becca. You're not going crazy" He said again.

I tried not to hear him and went to class.

"Sorry Mr. Jones, I was looking for my book" I excused myself in.

I sat next to Harry and tried to pay attention to the class.

"Becca, you need our help" He said, the voice in my head.

"You're not real" I mumbled to myself.

"I am as real as you are" He replied.

"Shut up" I yelled and everyone looked at me.

"I'm sorry Mr. Jones, I need to leave" I quickly left the building and got in my car.

"Just meet me at the Firestone Station in an hour and I'll explain everything" He replied to me.

Should I go? Even if he was real, how could I even hear him?
