Chapter Fourteen
Alex's POV
"Max! Stop yelling!" I grabbed Jess's hand and pulled her out of the room. She was crying.
"I'm- so-sorry!" She was sobbing in between words now. I hugged her and she cried into my shoulder.
"Shhh, shhh, its gonna be ok Jess."
"BUT IT WONT BE OK! LOOK WHAT I DID!!! I MADE HIM ALMOST DIE, DIDN'T I?!?" I shook my head and hugged her tightly. It wasn't her fault he got in the care accident. Its his own.
"I'll be right back. Sit down and make yourself some coffee okay?" I said softly. She nodded and walked into the kitchen. I stomped back into the room only to find Max trying to un-screw the depressent pill bottle. I screeched and ran over to him. I yanked it out of his hand and he almost smacked me.
"WHAT THE HELL ALEX!?!"
"What are you doing?!?"
"I-WANT-A-PILL!!!!" He lunged for me but i ran out the door and locked it. He was scratching at it but I just held on. I yelled for Jess and told her to put these in my purse along with all the other medications. She did as she was told. One my purse was safely locked inside my car, I let him out. He automatically ran into the bathroom and locked the door. I heard the cabinet door open and he sweared. He shoved me down on the ground when he got out.
"Where are they!?!?"
"Where are what?" I asked innocently. Probubly shouldn't have done that. He smacked me across the face and I told Jess to go upstairs. Shec ran into her room and locked the door.
"The meds! Where are they?! I KNOW you did something with them!" I got up again only to be pushed down again.
"I TOOK THEM TO MY HOUSE! YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE ANY IF YOU ARE GOING TO ACT THIS WAY!!" I smacked him across the face and pushed him down. He winced as he fell to the floor. I grabbed the inncolen shot and stabbed him in the thigh with it. He yelped in pain and his eyes closed. He was going back to the hospital and was staying there untill he gets his mental stability back.
