"I'm heading out" I called to kylie as I walked to the elevator of the institute. I walked out the doors and the cold november wind hit me. I looked around and saw a demon. He looked like a guy with dark hair. I followed him down 5th street into a alley. He then stops and before I can predict his next move, he hurtles himself at me with sharp claws and teeth. I whipped out a seraph blade and stabbed him. I heard a scream behind me.I turned and saw a girl, about my age. She was standing in the alley watching the demon fold onto himself. How did she see through the glamour? I stand there looking at her eyes for a moment. They were blue but seemed to have a gold ring around the pupil. Before she could say anything I ran out of the alley and headed back to the institute.
I walked into the kitchen to see Kylie and Jack sitting at the table talking. "How was you're walk?" Kylie asked. "Great" I replied zoning out. That girl, She was beautiful. How did she see through the glamour, I ask myself again. "What do you think Louis?" Jack asks. "What?" I ask puzzled. 'Ky wants to go to pandemonium tonight. What do yo think?" Jack says. "Sure" I say.
"yay, I'll call annie and erica and tell them to meet us there" Ky says running off to her room.
I go to my room and change into a white shirt ,dark pants and suspenders. This should be fun
