Unexpected Love

Cassie's Pov
I ran back down to the garage to find Melaine throwing her bags on the bus.
"Woah Mel wet hair and no makeup? What will the tabloids say!" I teased
" They will say: CassieMarie found dead Suspect MelanieNichole nowhere to be found" emphasizing every word in the air.
"Boy someone is a bit bitchy this morning"
"First off I count on you to be on time so therefore I didn't have time to put on making. Then no fucking coffee. What hotel doesn't have fucking coffee at this time in the morning. on top of all of that I lost my lucky bracelet and my favorite eyeshadow. Needless to say bitchy is an understatment today" She retorted shooting me an evil look.
"Okay Mel we both know there was nothing lucky about that bracelet. We can replace the eyeshadow. For you not having enough time to put on make up. I give you full permission to not talk to me the whole ride to the WIndy City. As for the coffee, Jeff can we make a short pit stop to Starbucks before we head off to into the wild blue yonder" I turned to our bus driver
Of course he agreed without hessitation. Coffee ran through our crew's veins
"There now that all that is settled Melanie get your ass on the bus not another word."
She gave me an ear to ear sarcastic grin and hopped on the bus with the rest on the group.
"You let me down chick." Mel commented sipping on her Latte " For your punishment I am sleeping for the next few hours."
"oooh ouch. My heart is breaking. Maybe if you hadn't stayed up all night with Liam you wouldn't be tired" I said throwing myself into the couch on the bus resting my head on Spike's lap.
"So beautiful you and the Styles kid huh?" Spike asked as he ran his fingers through my hair.
" Well we will see. It feels so right you know? But you know my luck in this catagorey. He will find a flaw or realize he deserves so much better and then it will be over. So I am not getting too attached" I said rolling over and falling asleep
