The Vmas were here and we were more than excited. This was a milestone for us. Not only were we performing but we were nominated for 4 awards.

During our rehearsals we were asked if one of us wanted to present an award with one member of another group. Melanie of course volunteered me because she knows how much I hate talking in public. Funny thing right a pop star afraid of talking to people. Not telling me who was paired with I left nervous.For all I knew it could be Pete Wentz being as they made their comeback. In which case I would probably faint! Just the thought of all of this made me want to vomit.

Last year I was a dispatcher working full time going to school full time and working on music full time and now I was living my dream. I watched the Vmas at work on my computer. Now I was not only presenting thanks to my lovely band mate I was now presenting with god knows who.I needed mint gum and I needed it fast.

After I got my nerves calmed down and then was rushed into makeup and hair.I had known our girl since middle school so I never had to tell her what I wanted I trusted her to make me look good and she never failed! Leaving my long purple hair flowing with its natural waves and using just enough make up to make my eyes pop and lips shine.I grabbed my infinity necklace and bow earrings putting them on before slipping on my knee high white Zurhair Murad strapless floral lace dress and nude color ankle boots. I was always the first to get done. Melanie liked to take her time. The party waited for her she always said and she was right she could turn the dullest of events into a fun one after being there only 5 minutes. Her being more edgy than me her hair was pulled up half way and pinned to one side her makeup was dark and a little heavier than mine. Her dress was cute collared with no sleeves and a white bow in the center with extremely high ankle boots. She looked HOT! I envied herself confidence. She finally made her way out and we headed down to the limo and off to The VMA's
