Unexpected Love
Chapter 15
Cassie’s Pov
I woke up feeling worse than I did when I went to bed but I needed to be strong. I changed into my running clothes and hit the streets for my daily 3 mile run. Usually one direction was my work out music but not today. Today I just listened to the noise around me. I was doing pretty good I rounded my last corner and collided with a body the felt like a brick wall.
“Are you alright” that beautiful British accent asked and I knew who it was without looking up
“Why can I never get away from you?” I retorted refusing to answer his question and walking around him.
“Don’t be like that. I am trying to see if you are okay and not hurt.”
“A little late for that but thanks”
I ran into the hotel up to our room to get Mel up so we could hit the gym. Mel and I had a deal she refused to run with me but after my run every day we would hit the gym and get some boxing in.
“Mel get your ass up and let’s go. I have got some pent up frustration I need to get out”
“I’m gonna kill that dick head”
“Why?”
“I thought maybe just maybe you would be so upset you would forget the gym. Now not only do you want to go but you woke up 2 hrs. before you usually do and now you want me to get my lazy ass out of bed. I’m not going today end of story”
Oh sometime she was funny.
“Yeah No Mel get your ass out of bed or I will jump all over your bed will a water bottle”
“You wouldn’t dare”
Those were the wrong words to say to me right now. I grabbed my water bottle poked holes in the lid with a nearby pen jumped on her bed and sprayed her.
“Alright, alright. I take that back I’m gonna kick his ass because he turned you into me!”
While she got ready I checked my phone remembering that it went off last night before I passed out. It wasn’t from our manager like I thought though. It was from an unknown number:
You shouldn’t cry beautiful. Not when it’s your smile that makes everything better.
I wasn’t sure whether to be freaked out or flattered so I Just ignored it. We went down to the gym and rounded the corner to where the punching bags where wrapped our hands and got down to business. By the end of the work out I felt pretty good until once again I bumped into a freaking brick wall. only this time it was shirtless
