Cassie’s Pov
I ran. I was good at that. I took off my heels and ran to our hotel which was right around the corner. As soon as I got to the room I broke down. Harry Styles the guy that I had been crushing for 4yrs now just broke my heart without even trying. I tore of my dress threw open my suitcase and found my sweatpants. I ran down to the parking garage of the hotel and raided our refrigerator.I grabbed the mint chocolate chip ice cream and the vodka soaked gummy bears tonight I needed to let it all go.I threw in A Walk to Remember grabbed my box of tissues and just balled. I knew that if I went back up to the hotel room Mel would find me and then I would have to explain.
About an hour into the movie I heard the bus door swing open
“Cassandrea Marie Loufuckingise” Mel yelled. She had changed into her pjs so she had to have been back for a little bit.
“How did you know I would be here?” I asked
She gave me this do I look like an Idiot look.
“12 mother fucking years of friendship that’s how I know”
I just looked down at the ground blowing my nose.
“So are you going to tell me or am I going to have to beat it out of you”
“Mel please. I don’t want to talk about it. “
“Well heres the beauty of friendship you don’t have a choice in the matter so spill”
She always managed to getme to spill my guts. After an hour of talking and 16 tissues later I told her the whole story.
“and that’s it.”
“Im sorry sweetie. I will kick his little crumpet eating tea sipping pip pip cheerio ass the next time I see him I promise”
I laughed I watched a wave of relief wash over her.
“so is it still to soon to ask if we could please take them off the playlist for the road” She joked
We sat on the bus and finished the movie before heading back up stairs and off to bed.
I started to fall asleep when my phone went off. I was too lazy to get it. It was probably our manager anyway telling us we should head to bed. SO I left it a lone it could wait till the morning.
