Out of the Darkness

Harry POV: (few days later)

"Harry, come on! What could you possibly be doing in there that takes this long?!" complains Niall as he bangs on the bathroom door. I grin to myself as I open the door and jump out, shaving cream all over my face.

"Jesus Niall, Patience!" I exclaim, before grabbing Niall and planting a huge kiss on his cheek, making sure to get the shaving cream all over him. He yells and runs away, flipping me off as he goes to wipe his face off. I smirk, and go back into the bathroom to quickly finish shaving.

Pretty soon, all five of us are ready to go to the hospital to visit Samantha. We've been trying to lay low and keep it quiet, but after a few days of frequent visits to the hospital, the fans and paps have begun to get suspicious. We also haven't been able to gather much information about the sequence of events that carried out the night of our last concert, so we haven't been able to tell the fans anything.

Samantha is still in a coma, and the boys and I have been renting a nearby house while helping the detectives with the case. They think they have a few leads, but nothing big. We also still have not been able to contact any of Sam's family members, so we are staying with her until they are found.

I hop into the car along with the boys, and we sing along to "girls just wanna have fun" (haha we're weird like that) on the way to the hospital. When we get there we hurry inside, trying to avoid unwanted attention. We are all hyper from our car ride, so we take the stairs - Louis takes them two at a time. We all pile out of the stairwell, and immediately become serious as we enter the critical condition ward.

"This place is so depressing," mutters Zayn under his breath. I have to agree. We should try to do something about that...

We open the door to Samantha's room, and surprise surprise she's still unconscious. The doctor is already in her room, and he looks up when we walk in.

"Perfect timing boys, i have important business to talk to you about," he exclaims. He leads us out of Sam's room and into a nearby conference room with a table and chairs scattered around. We all sit, and he begins.

"The hospital has been getting a lot of fans trying to fake illnesses and such so that they can try to get a glimpse of the five of you. This is a safety issue, and some patients with legitimate injuries have to wait longer before a nurse is available to see to them."

We all nod, and I ask him; "What can we do to help?"

"This is why I'm talking to you now," the doctor says. "I understand that the five of you own a house nearby?" He asks. We all nod and he continues;

"Seeing that Samantha is in a stable condition, I would like to propose that we transfer her to your house. A nurse or one of you will be with her at all times. This would be better for her because she would wake up in a welcoming environment, and also for the hospital because it would prevent a shortage of staff."

"Fine by me," says Louis, as he reclines in his chair with his hands behind his head. We all agree, and the arrangements are made for Sam to be moved to our house later today. In the meantime we have a lot of waiting around to do. I feel bad that we are causing the hospital troubles, so this is the least we can do to help them. We all feel like it is our responsibility to take care of Sam since no family has shown up to care for her.

"Who wants to go get a bite to eat with me?" Asks Niall. All of the boys immediately jump up.

"Harry are you coming," asks Liam.

"You guys can go," I say, "I need to go take care of something."

The boys exchange glances, but then they shrug it off and go out to get some food. I go out to our car and pull out my phone for directions. I tell the driver where to go, and we're outside the small run-down building within minutes.

ONE HOUR LATER

Liam POV:

"Where the hell is Harry?!" i exclaim as i look at my watch. It's been an hour since we got our food, and the pizza we got for Harry is already cold.

"alright, i can't take it any more!" exclaims Niall as he grabs Harry's pizza and begins to eat it. We all laugh, and then head back up to conference room.

Pretty soon we are sitting around the table just talking and joking around. We hear the sound of the door opening, and we all turn to see Harry...with a dog? (Like this)

Anyways, who knows why harry has a dog????
