Samantha POV:

Later that day:

I sit in Harry’s room watching the TV, with Harry’s arm draped over my shoulder. He seems so much happier now that he has let out some of his feelings. It isn’t awkward between us, we are just comfortable together. We understand each other without having to use words.

Harry leans down and kisses me gently beneath my earlobe, sending shivers up and down my body. I have never been in any kind of relationship before, the Matron wouldn’t allow it, so this is all new to me. I love knowing that someone cares for me as much as I care for them.

Harry squeezes my shoulders tightly, and I turn my head, giving him better access. I close my eyes, enjoying the connection between us as he plants tiny kisses all over my face and neck.

“That’s the weather forecast for today, and now to Nichole with the latest update on the teenage sensation, One Direction!” exclaims the news lady on the TV. Harry pauses, and plants one last kiss onto my lips before turning his attention to the small television.

“Here we go…” he murmurs. A new news lady wearing too much makeup pops up on the screen.

“Thanks Margaret!” she says with a fake smile before continuing. “Now, I know that many of you may have heard about the drama surrounding the boy band One Direction these past few weeks.” She says in an annoyingly cheery voice.

“There have been reports of sexual assault at their last concert which took place July 5th in Brighton. About two weeks ago, the boys were spotted making multiple trips in and out of the local hospital there in the city. It was right around this time that an announcement was put out, stating that the band’s tour would be put on hold for at least two months while the band sorted out some personal issues.” She states seriously. As the reporter talks, photos of the boys entering the hospital show on the screen. Jesus, these guys don’t get any privacy!

“It is believed that the band of five has been spending the last few days in their mansion here in the outskirts of Brighton, and they have been seen making many visits to the local police station.” More pictures appear on the screen, and I gasp when I spot myself in a few of them.

“Many have been questioning the reasons for the band’s unusual behavior, and wondering whether this mystery girl (a picture of me and the boys going into the police station comes up) has anything to do with it. The band’s manager has announced their plans for an interview later this week, so we will keep you updated on that, and we will get to the bottom of this! Back to you Margaret!” she exclaims. I sigh, why does the media have to make everything so dramatic?

Harry has one hand under his chin, thinking thoughtfully. He glances down to meet my gaze.

“That wasn’t so bad, was it love?” He asks

I shake my head, and take a deep breath.

“Harry, I’m still nervous for the interview.” I tell him quietly. Harry sighs, and turns off the TV. He shifts his body so that he is facing me.

“That’s perfectly normal love, I remember how scared I was for my first interview,” he states, chuckling as he thinks about it.

“You just have to pretend like you are having a one on one conversation with the interviewer. Just be yourself.” He tells me, kissing my temple, “Don’t worry, they’re going to love you,” he says softly.

I look down at my hands.

“Sam, if you’re still scared I’ll tell you a little secret.” He says, rubbing my back lightly. He leans buries his face in my hair as he speaks;

“I talked to Paul the other day, and he said that he’s going to have complete control over what questions they ask you, and what footage of the interview is released to the public. It’s not going to be live,” informs Harry. “And don’t worry, the guys and I will be with you the whole time.” He assures me.

Relief floods through me, and I cuddle up towards Harry. “Thank you Haz,” I murmur, the new nickname rolling off my tongue with ease.

Harry chuckles at my pet name for him. “Any time darling’” He replies. All of a sudden I stiffen again as I realize something.

“Harry!” I exclaim, flustered.

“What?!” He asks, alarm clear in his voice.

“What am I going to wear to the interview?” I ask in dismay, looking down at myself. I am wearing one of Harry’s T-shirts, which is way too big on me, and a pair of his sweatpants. Other than this I only have the undergarments which I wore to the concert. My shirt and pants were ruined. Harry chuckles.

“I guess we’re gonna have to take you shopping, love”

“No way, I hate shopping!” I groan, crossing my arms over my chest.

Harry POV:

What?! Never in my life have I met a girl who hates shopping! Jeez Samantha really is unique! I look at her in disbelief.

“You’ve got to be kidding. You hate shopping? I ask her incredulously.

“Yeah, I get headaches, and it’s so boring and expensive. I never find anything that I like and is affordable! Plus if I went right now I would get tired too easily,” she responds in a “like duh” tone.

I guess she has a point, she only woke up from her coma four days ago, but still…

“I’ve never met a girl who doesn’t like shopping!” I joke, poking Sam in the side.

“Oh cut it out Styles!” she giggles, slapping my hand away. “You know I’m not like other girls.”

Oh Samantha, how right you are. You’re not like any other girl I’ve ever laid my eyes on…

Two updates in one weekend?! yay!

is it just me or does anyone else hate shopping too? Don't get me wrong, i love getting new things, but sometimes i just can't handle the actual shopping part. I hate trying on so many things, and nothing ever fits me!
