Harry’s P.O.V
I’ve been dating Maddie for 3 days now; it’s been going really well. We’ve spent time together when Belle was at work and sometimes Belle came round to hang out with us as well. Maddie starts University today. I was taking her and picking her up seeing as it’s her first day and I’ve got nothing to do. She came to my door with her bag on her arm.
“Hey baby, don’t you think you look a bit too nice to be going to University?” I said before kissing her on the lips. I didn’t want other boys liking her. She’s my girlfriend.
“Babe don’t worry, I’m happy with you, I’m not going to go off with another guy,” I was relieved when she told me that. It’s not that I don’t trust her; it’s that I don’t trust other guys.
I drove her to uni and dropped her off. I made a point of kissing her in front of some guys before getting into my car and driving off again.
Maddie’s P.O.V
“First day huh?” A guy asked approaching me.
“Yeah,” I smiled at him,
“Pretty over-protective boyfriend isn’t he?” the guy asked.
“Yeah he is but I don’t mind, he’s just looking out for me.” I told him.
“Ah right, I’m Lewis, and you are?”
“Maddie,” I shook his hand.
“Cool, nice to meet you Maddie, don’t worry, I’ll tell the other guys you’re off limits. See you around.” He smiled and walked off. Well that was weird. I walked inside to find the textiles block. My first lecture was about the origin of fashion and my second about fashion designers and then I was free to go. I found the textiles block and looked for the room number. When I found it there was a girl with wavy brown hair standing outside.
“Is this the lecture about the origin of fashion?” I asked her.
“Yeah, is this your first year?” She replied.
“Yep, I’m Maddie, what about you?” She smiled at me.
“I’m Eleanor, I think we can be friends, I don’t really have any uni friends.” She was still smiling.
“Yeah okay, so you study fashion?” I asked curiously.
“Yeah, I’ve always loved fashion.”
“Me too,” I told her. We had every lecture together so I can see that we are going to be good friends. When the second lecture was over I walked outside with Eleanor to find Harry, she was driving home herself.
“So what apartment block do you live in?” She asked. I told her. “Really? My boyfriend lives there.”
“Oh really, what’s his name.” I asked.
“Louis, and I’m pretty sure you know him! They’ve been talking about a Maddie next door.” I smiled.
“Yeah that’s me.” She laughed.
“So how are things with you and Harry?” I found Harry and walked over to him. He hugged me.
“Hey El,” he said.
“So, you’re dating now?” She looked confused.
“Didn’t Lou tell you?” Harry said,
“Nah, but he’s in trouble!” We all laughed and then Eleanor said goodbye and walked towards her car.
“So, how was your first day?” Harry asked.
“Good, but you could have told me about your best friend’s girlfriend coming here, and being on my course!”
He laughed, “Sorry love, we wanted it to be a surprise, to see if you and El would get along even if you didn’t know who you were.”
I pouted, “It’s okay, just take me home, I’m hungry!” I said laughing. Harry started to drive.
“Any boys interested in you?” He said curiously.
“They were kinda put off when you kissed me this morning.”
He smirked, “It worked then.” I slapped his arm.
“What? You’re too pretty! I can’t have other boys wanting you, you’re all mine!” I started to blush.
“El’s pretty but you don’t see Louis coming and kissing her every morning.” I argued.
“Yeah, but they all know she’s Lou’s girlfriend. Louis is famous remember!” I’d actually forgotten about that, I’m not even bothered by it.
“Oh yeah…” I said quietly. We got back to the apartment block and went to my apartment. I had some work to do so Harry left. Belle came over quickly to find out how university was and then had to go to work. I finished my work and got bored so I went to Harry’s. When I got there El was there too. “Oh hi El,” I said as she opened the door to me.
“Hey!” She laughed. Harry came out of his room probably hearing El shout as she opened the door.
“Hey gorgeous,” He said walking towards me.
“Hey,”
“You got all your work done?” He asked.
“Yeah and now I’m bored.” I told him. He laughed.
“So you came here to cure your boredom?” I laughed.
“Yeah I guess.”
“Well we’re having a movie night with the other boys, El and Dani, do you want to join us?” He said.
“Yeah okay,” I walked over to the couch and sat down. Louis went next door to get the other boys and Dani. They let El pick the film and she picked The Notebook,
“Remind me why we let her pick again?” Niall moaned. I laughed. Harry came and sat down next to me and put his arm around me. I put my head on his chest and started to watch. When the film was finished I went home and got ready for bed. I checked my phone and had no new messages. I went to bed; the film had made me really tired.
When I woke up, I went and had a shower and got ready for Uni, I was driving today because I didn’t want to bother Harry. I grabbed my keys off the kitchen side and left my apartment. As I was locking the door, Harry came out.
“You can’t go to uni looking like that!” He said.
“Yes I can, watch me!” I said running past him.
“Come here Maddie,” I walked over to him slowly.
He kissed me, “Have a good day baby, come round when you get back if you want.”
I smiled, “Bye, maybe” I laughed as I walked down the stairs to my car. When I got to uni, El was already there.
“No Harry today?” She asked.
“No, but he did complain about what I was wearing,” I laughed as we walked towards our first lecture.
“I can see why, all the boys are staring at you!” She said quietly. I laughed again.
-A week later-
When I’d finished Uni I decided to go to Starbucks. I ordered a white hot chocolate, sat down and waited for them to call my name. I went on my phone.
From: Harry<3<3xxx
You’ve got tomorrow off right?xxx
Why does he want to know that? I replied,
To: Harry<3<3xxx
Yeah why?xxx
They called my name and I went and got my drink. As I got into my car I got another message.
From: Harry<3<3xxx
Wanna do an interview and make us official?xx
So he wanted to announce our relationship, fair enough, I decided to leave it until I got home to tell him that I was fine with it, I had no work to do so I went straight to his apartment. I knocked on the door.
“Hey,” Harry said opening the door. I hugged him and walked inside. “Did you get my text?” he asked nervously.
“Yeah, sorry I didn’t reply I was driving. Of course we can Harry,” I leaned up and kissed him.
“Thank you baby,” He smiled.
