Maddie’s P.O.V

“I know, I know, I’ve missed him though. I don’t think our date went well so we probably won’t be seeing each other again.” Belle told me. “He’s missed you too Belle. You’ll find your way back in the end, if it’s meant to be.” I said. “Yeah I guess, thanks councillor. I’m sorry that I’ve been such a shitty best friend recently.” “It’s not your fault; I kicked you out and wouldn’t let you speak again. I’ll come see you when I get home.” “Okay, I’d like that. I’ve missed you Mrs Styles.” “I’ve missed you too Miss Glover. Just promise me one thing, if you and Niall do get back together, promise me you won’t break him again.” I said. “I promise. I hated breaking him before and yeah, I did use him for publicity but I really felt like I got to know him. I love him. I always will.” Belle replied. “Then tell him. He feels the same way, trust me.” I turned to look at Niall. “I’ve got to go now. I’ll see you when I get back. Byee.” I finished. “Bye Maddie.” She said and hung up. I walked into my dressing room and got changed back into my clothes. I picked up my bag and phone and then went to the boys. “We’re gonna go out but you’ll be okay with the girls and kids yeah?” Harry said. “Course, love you.” I kissed his cheek. I took Brooke from Dani and we got into a van with Little Mix and the boys went into another one. We got back to the hotel and all went to mine and Harry’s room. Brooklyn sat on the bed playing with her toys. “I feel like I should know you guys better, what with Perrie being your best friend and everything.” Jesy said. “Yeah, it’s weird. It’s actually weird seeing you guys in person. My little sister adores you.” I replied. “That’s cute. Has she met Perrie?” “Yeah at my wedding, she was seriously star struck.” I laughed. Everyone laughed with me and we sat on the floor getting to know each other. It was about 9pm and the boys still weren’t back so we watched some TV. We heard laughing from outside the door and then the door opened and the boys burst in. We could instantly smell the alcohol on them. “Get out.” I said. “Whyy??” Harry slurred. “You’re drunk and you’re not coming anywhere near my daughter in that state.” I got up and pushed them out of the door. “But Maddieeee.” He said. “Nope, go get your own room.” I said and shut the door in their faces. “I love you. You’re just so blunt.” Eleanor laughed. “Yeah well, Harry can’t be controlled when he’s drunk and I don’t want him near Brooklyn.” I sat back down. “Yeah well, Louis and Harry can room. Louis isn’t coming near the twins either.” She said. “I guess I’ll go and nurse my drunken husband.” Perrie sighed and got up. She left and Jade, Jesy and Leigh-Anne left soon after. Dani and El just sat in my room with the kids ignoring the boys’ pleas for us to open the door. “I’m not letting you in here so you might as well go and get yourselves a room.” I said. “El…” Louis whined. “Go away.” She said. “Dani?” Liam pleaded. “Nope. Go sober up.” Dani replied. We heard the boys sigh and then they walked away. I looked through the peephole of the door and they had all gone. “You girls can stay here tonight.” I told them. They smiled and I moved Brooklyn onto the chair so the girls could sleep on the bed. The twins were asleep in their car seats and I got ready for bed and me, Dani and El fell asleep on the bed.

Harry’s P.O.V

I wish I hadn’t have agreed to go out with the boys. I knew we were going to get drunk but I didn’t know we were going to get this drunk. Maddie, El and Dani are all ignoring us and Perrie is looking after Zayn. “Urgh, we screwed up.” Louis said rubbing his head. “You don’t say.” Liam replied sarcastically. “At least you’re not being kept away from your child.” I turned to Liam. “I have two children.” “Well we should have learnt not to do this by now then. Let’s just sleep; the girls aren’t going to let us in.” Niall said. We all sighed and went to sleep in various places in the hotel room.

“Wake up drunks, we’ve gotta leave!” I heard Maddie’s voice. I shot up and ran to the door. “Maddie!” I opened it. “I believe that’s my name, come on. We’ve gotta go in half an hour so all of you get showered and stuff.” She said. “And you,” she pointed at me. “Are still not forgiven.” She walked away back to our room. “But…” I followed after her and she went into the room and came back with some clothes and threw them at me. “Have fun.” She shut the door. I groaned and walked back to the lads.

Maddie’s P.O.V

The girls burst out laughing when I slammed the door. “I’m not giving in to him that easily.” I laughed flopping down on the bed. “You got his hopes up and everything and then crushed him again.” El said. “Yep, he deserves it. He’s meant to be making it up to me for cheating but he goes out and gets drunk instead.” I looked at my phone and had a missed call from my Mum. I walked into the bathroom and called her back. “Hey darling, are you okay?” She asked. “Yeah Mum, what’s the matter?” I answered. “I saw Ellen, you’re in California right?” “Yeah…” I said. “Please come and see me baby. I’m worried about you.” She said. “Why? I’m 23 Mum.” I replied. “I know sweetheart but I want to see you. I saw what happened between you and Harry and I want to see my daughter, is that so wrong?” “Of course not but Harry and I are okay now and we’re leaving for the airport in about 25 minutes. I would come and see you,” “I’ll come to the airport then. I’ll see you soon Maddie.” “Alrighttt.” I gave in. “Bye!” She said excitedly. I muttered a goodbye and then went back into the room. “So my mum is coming to the airport to see me…” I told the girls. “Awh that’s cute that she wants to see you.” “No. She’s coming to check up on me and Harry and to be honest, she’s not going to be best impressed when she finds out we’re not talking.” “Don’t worry about it. You’re 23. You can do your own thing, you’re a mum yourself don’t forget. You must know how worried she is after what happened on Ellen yesterday. It was obvious that Liam was lying and there have been loads of articles about you leaving and stuff.” Dani pointed out. “I guess…” I picked up Brooke. “Girls, let’s go.” Paul knocked on the door. We zipped up our suitcases and walked out of the door to where the boys were waiting. Liam walked over to Dani and went to kiss her but she pushed him away. “I want an apology first.” She said. “I’m so sorry, I love you.” He replied and she kissed him. “I love you too.” She smiled at him. They walked down the stairs hand in hand. I looked over at Harry and he was hiding his face from me. “Do you have any idea what you’ve done?” Niall walked over to me. “Me?” I pointed at myself. “Yeah you. Harry is a mess all because you won’t fucking talk to him. You’re just such a stuck up bitch. You don’t deserve him!” He shouted in my face making tears fill my eyes. “I’m not the one that cheated and then went out and got drunk when he’s supposed to be making it up to me!” I shouted. “Everything is about you isn’t it? You’re so self-obsessed.” Niall spat and walked off leaving me crying my eyes out. Eleanor hugged me. “Ignore him. It’s not true.” She said. “But it is though isn’t it? I’m so self-obsessed I never have time for anyone else.” I cried into her shoulder. “That is not true. You put everyone before yourself. Niall has no right to say that. You’ve helped him through a lot so he should be a lot nicer to you than that. I love you, come on.” She pulled away. I followed after her carrying Brooke. We went downstairs and got into the vans. Me, El, Dani, Liam, Zayn, Perrie and Jade were in one and the rest in the other. We got to the airport and I spotted my mum and then left Brooke with Perrie and ran over to her. “What’s the matter baby?” She hugged me wiping my tears away. “I had an argument with Niall, that’s all.” I told her. “What about?” “Harry. He went out and got drunk last night so I wouldn’t let him come back to our room because I didn’t want him near Brooklyn and I didn’t really talk to him this morning so Niall said I’d made Harry a mess.” I explained. “I’m sure you didn’t, Dad is at home if you want to come back with us. We can get you a flight another day?” She suggested. “I don’t want to do that because it would be running away. I’m okay.” I said. She nodded and we walked over to the others. “I want a word with you mister.” Mum pointed at Harry. He looked down at the floor and she went over to him. “Are you alright? You’ve been crying the whole way here.” Perrie hugged me. “I’m fine Pez.” I said and took Brooklyn from Zayn. “He regrets going out and I know it. Just give him a chance.” Zayn told me. I nodded and looked over at my mum and Harry. I could tell mum was telling him to treat me better than he does. Harry looked over at me and I smiled at him. “I love you.” I mouthed to him. “I love you too.” He mouthed back and went back to listening to my mum. A few minutes later they walked over. “Right, you come home if you need me okay? I’ve got to get back and you leave soon. I love you princess.” Mum hugged me. “Love you too mum.” I smiled. She waved and walked out of the airport. “Can we talk?” Harry asked. I nodded and we walked away from the group. “I’m so sorry. I know that I should treat you better and that you deserve better. I love you so much and I never want to lose you. You mean everything to me. Please forgive me.” He said and I leant up and kissed him. “I love you.” I whispered against his lips. “Good. Because I’d die if you didn’t.” He smiled and picked me up. He took me back over to everyone and they just smiled at us. “Well if it isn’t the world’s cutest couple.” Eleanor said and we laughed. I cupped his face in my hands and kissed him again. “Calm the PDA.” Louis laughed. Harry pulled away and put my down wrapping his arm around my waist. “Niall, I believe you owe my wife an apology.” Harry pointed out and Niall came over. “I’m sorry. I just hate seeing Harry in that state and I lost it. I love you Maddie, I’m sorry.” “Objection! I’m the only one that’s allowed to love her.” Harry said. “Well I love her,” Louis stepped forward. “Me too.” Liam said. “And me.” Zayn joined in. “Looks like I have to share you with 4 other guys.” Harry looked at me. “I object to that!” Perrie laughed. “I mean, I love Maddie and everything but I’d rather not have my husband loving her.” She said. “I love her as a friend, we all do. She’s our little sister.” Zayn explained. “I know, I know.” Perrie hugged him. “What can I say? I’m just a lovable person.” I smirked and everyone laughed at me. “As much as I don’t want to interrupt this bonding session, we need to leave. Both bands are needed back in the studio as soon as possible.” Paul interrupted. I turned to Harry and he just shrugged. “Simon wants a meeting with you. Oh and Maddie.” Paul noticed our confusion. I looked at my phone and saw that I had a text from Simon. “We need a new single for you, and we have some interviews you need to do.” It read. I showed Harry and he nodded. We all got on the plane and waited for it to take off.
-Skip Flight-

We got off the plane and walked through the airport surrounded by security. We were taken to the awaiting vans and then went to the office. El and Dani waited for us as we went into our meetings. I was up first. “Maddie, we need you making another single, and soon. That will need to be done sometime this month and right now you have interviews. Good luck.” Simon said quickly. “Yeah okay.” I replied. I walked out of his office and over to everyone. “I’ve got to work, I’ll see you later.” I kissed Harry on the cheek. “Okay, do you want me to wait for you?” He asked. “No, I’ll get a cab or something.” “Text me when you’re nearly finished and I’ll come pick you up.” He said. “Okay, love you.” I walked towards the room where I knew Isabelle and Emily would be already. “Sorry about this.” Emily said when I walked in. “Don’t be, it’s my job isn’t it?” I sat down. “I guess.” She sighed as she started playing with my hair. She sorted it out and gave me a black dress and heels to put on. I put them on and Harry came in. “I’ll see you at home okay?” He asked not looking. He looked up and his jaw dropped. “What?” I questioned flattening my dress out. “You look gorgeous. See you later babe.” He kissed me. “See you later.” I smiled and he left. “First interview in there.” Emily pointed. “Thanks. You can go now. You want to get back.” I told her. “Are you sure?” “Yeah, and Isabelle. I’ll be okay.” I said and they both nodded and left. I walked into the interview room and the interviewer turned around. “Maddie!” She jumped up. “Hiya.” I hugged her. “I’m Jennifer. I’m here on behalf of Top of the Pops Magazine.” She told me. “Okay, should we get started?” I sat down. “Let’s start with Fresh Start. How did it feel releasing your first single?” “Amazing. I never ever dreamed of being a singer so it’s just amazing really.” “Really? You have such a good voice, how could you never have dreamt of being a singer?” Jennifer questioned. “I just didn’t really realise it to be honest.” “What is the best thing of being a celebrity?” She asked. “Urm, the fans. They’re so nice and supportive. A few weeks ago there was a hashtag saying ‘stop hating on Maddie’. That was nice.” I told her. “You’re one half of maybe the cutest couple on Earth, how does that feel?” I laughed. “You know, that’s exactly what Eleanor said to me this morning. It’s cool that Harry and I are thought of like that.” I yawned by accident. “Are you tired?” She laughed. “Urm, yeah, sorry. I’ve literally just gotten back from California because I was on Ellen yesterday. Sorry.” I apologised. “Don’t worry about it, we’ll come back to Ellen soon but first, I want to do some digging. Were you and Harry committed to each other when you found out you were pregnant for the first time?” “I’m gonna say no. Our relationship wasn’t really strong enough for a baby but we made it work and here we are a year on expecting another one.” I put my hand on my stomach. “How far are you again?” “Only 2 months. Another 7 to go yet, yaay...” I said sarcastically. “Are you looking forward to having another child?” “Yeah, it will be cool. Brooklyn will have someone to play with.” “Last question on this, was this one planned? Or a surprise?” “A total surprise. I threw up a few times and had been quite ill and then Harry just said “Have you taken a test?” and it suddenly hit me that I could be. So I took a test and I’m pregnant!” I laughed. “Okay, fan questions now. Who was the last person you texted besides Harry?” She read a question off of a card. I picked up my phone from my side and unlocked it looking at the texts. “Urm, Simon. He told me I needed to come here and I said okay, not very interesting really.” I laughed. “Other than that?” “Eleanor.” I told her. She nodded and looked at another card. “What is your favourite thing about all the One Direction boys?” “Louis, he’s like my older brother and he always says the right things at the right time. Zayn, he is so caring. He does his best to make everyone happy. Liam, he’s so sensitive, you wouldn’t think it but trust me he is. Niall, he can eat for Earth. I won’t let him raid our fridge. And Harry, well, just Harry.” I smiled. “Okay, and the last question from me, don’t you get fed up of One Direction this, One Direction that?” Jennifer asked. “Yes! I’m not in One Direction, I’m my own person. I just happen to be married to one of them. God my sister loves them, I told her to shut up about them when she was talking to Harry’s sister about them once. I’m going to be completely honest and say I don’t even like them that much.” I joked. “Nah I’m joking. I love them really. But yeah, I do get fed up so ssh about One Direction people!” I laughed. Jennifer laughed with me and we said our goodbyes. I texted Harry and told him I was done and I got a reply a few minutes after saying he was on his way. I sat in the room on Twitter and then Harry came in. “Come on gorgeous. You need sleep.” He picked me and my stuff up. “I can walk Harry.” I said. “I know, I just don’t want you to.” He kissed my forehead and carried me out to the car. He put me in and drove home.

We got home and Louis brought a sleeping Brooklyn back. I put her into her crib and kissed the top of her head. Then I went to bed myself, today has been so tiring.
