Maddie’s P.O.V
I went home and got into the shower. I’m so happy that I’m best friends with Harry. Belle is never around so I’ve got him, until classes start anyway and then I’ve got to go to uni. Classes start next week so I can’t hang out with him much anymore, I’ve still got to unpack. I got out of the shower and put on my pjs. I left my hair down hoping some of the curls would come out in my sleep. I checked my phone.
From: Belle
I’m off tomorrow so we can go shopping if you want just come to my apartment when you’re ready to go xx
I’m happy that I’m going to at least get some time with my best friend before classes start. I texted her back.
To: Belle
I don’t really want to go shopping but I need to unpack, help me? :* xxx
I didn’t need anything so I was going to unpack tomorrow anyways. My phone beeped signalling a reply.
From: Belle
Yeah okay. I’ll see you at 10, you better be up!xx
I laughed at her playful threat. I went next door to tell Harry that I’m not going to be able to hang out with him tomorrow. He didn’t mind because he has some stuff he wants to do anyway. I went back to my apartment and got into bed.
-The Next Day-
When I woke up it was 9am, I have to get dressed because Belle is coming round today to help me unpack. I walked into my wardrobe and picked out a baggy jumper and some sweatpants. I had some time so I painted my nails. I waited for them to dry and got changed into my outfit. Some of my curls had come out of my hair but it was still quite wavy. I tied a black ribbon into it and walked into the living room. I opened a box and started to unpack it. There was a knock at the door. I went and opened it, Belle jumped on me.
“Hey! I haven’t seen you in ages!” She said.
“Yeah I know, you’ve been working!” I pointed out.
“Yeah sorry about that but I have today and tomorrow off so I can take you to get a car tomorrow.” I hadn’t told her.
“Oh don’t worry, I went out yesterday and got one. I got a taxi.” I lied.
“Oh okay, sorry,”
“It’s fine really.” She came in and I shut the door.
“So what car did you get?” She asked,
“A dark blue Mercedes Benz E-Class Cabriolet,” She gasped.
“Wow. That’s an amazing car!” I laughed,
“I know, I know.” We went and continued to unpack the box which I had started on before she came round. I got a text.

Yeah okay, see you at 7 x
I had to get Belle out by 6. This is going to be hard. I went back to unpacking. When we had finished it was half 5. We had caught up on everything we’d been up to since she left Cali.
“I’m going out tonight so I need to get ready, I’ll see you tomorrow?” She got suspicious but agreed anyway.
“I’ll text you in the morning. See you later!” She shut the door behind her.

Wanna go out and make it a date?x
I really like Harry and want to make things more serious with him. Plus I don’t have anything casual to wear, maybe I do need to go shopping.

Yeah okay, I was going to ask you but I didn’t want you to reject me lol xx
I laughed and went into the bathroom to have a shower. When I got out I went and found my turquoise maxi dress and my white heels. I put on the dress and straightened my hair. My nails don’t go with my dress and I have time to kill so I repainted them a turquoise colour. When they had dried, I put my shoes on and put my phone in my bag. I grabbed a jacket and walked next door. I knocked on the door nervously.
“Hey, you look amazing,” Louis said as he opened the door, “Come in, Harry is still getting ready.” I went inside and sat down. I talked to Louis for a while and then Harry came out of the bathroom.
“Right I’m ready, let’s go,” He said grabbing his keys. We walked to his car and he opened the door for me and then got in himself. “Sorry, I didn’t start getting ready until like 10 minutes ago.” He laughed.
“It’s fine, don’t worry.” I reassured him.
“You look stunning by the way.” He smiled.
“Thank you.” I smiled back. When we got to the restaurant Harry climbed out and then came to open the door for me. He held my hand as we walked inside.
“Reservation for Styles,” he told the waiter. The waiter led us to our table and handed us our menus.
“This is really nice Harry.” I told him.
“I’ve never been here before but Louis told me it’s really nice so thank him,” he laughed. I grinned and continued looking at the menu. We ordered our meals and talked whilst we waited. “Maddie, I know we’ve only just met and everything but I really like you… And, I want things to be a bit more serious between us…” He said slowly, I knew where he was going with this. “Will you be my girlfriend?” He asked quietly.
