Harry’s P.O.V
I woke up at 6.30, the van is going to get here at 7 so I need to get ready. I got up and had a shower and got dressed before going downstairs. I went into the living room and Maddie was still asleep. I woke her up and she went upstairs to get ready. I got some breakfast quickly and then the van came. “Bye, love. I’ll see you later.” I shouted up the stairs. “Bye.” Maddie shouted back. I ran out of the door and into the van. “Let’s go!” I said. Paul drove off and we all sat talking before getting to the press conference. We climbed out of the van and were escorted into the building. We were given a few minutes before we had to go into the room where the press conference was being held. “Okay boys, let’s do this.” Paul said opening the door. We all walked in and sat down followed by Catherine, a member of management. “Go ahead boys, tell everyone why we’re here.” Catherine said. No one moved so I decided to speak. “We are here to announce that for the foreseeable future, we will not be touring.” I told all the reporters. They all put up their hands and Catherine picked one. “Hi boys, why have you decided to stop touring?” The reporter asked. Louis decided to answer this one. “We’ve decided that we want to spend more times focusing on our personal lives, Harry has a little girl and I have twins due soon, we need to stop touring for our families.” He said. “Does this mean you’re breaking up?” A man asked from the back row. “No, far from it. We will continue to make music we just will not be doing any major tours, we will continue to perform and all over the world but only a few concerts at a time. We are away for months on end and it’s time for us to stop that now and spend time with our families, but this is not the end of One Direction.” Zayn said. “You say you’re stopping touring for your personal lives, does this mean that Maddie Styles will not tour too considering she is a part of your personal life Harry?” The reporter looked at me. “No, Maddie doesn’t have a tour scheduled anytime soon but it doesn’t mean it won’t happen. Maddie may be a part of my personal life but I’m in no position or even want to stop her from touring and doing what she loves.” I replied. “What do you lads plan to do instead?” A girl asked. “We just want to spend more time with our families and partners. My girlfriend and I are engaged so we’re planning on getting married and then maybe we will have kids but who knows, we just want to focus more on our private lives than work now.” Liam told her. “Did you all come to this decision together or was it just one of you and the others agreed?” “Urm, I’m going to be honest and say we’ve all been thinking about it for a while now but it was Harry that really wanted us to stop doing any major tours. He decided that he wanted to be there for his little girl after he missed her terribly on our last tour, she’s too young to travel with us, he wants to see her grow up but we all want to focus on something other than singing and touring takes up a lot of our time so we can’t do that at the moment.” Niall answered. “What sparked this Harry?” “Like Niall said, I missed my daughter a lot when we were away on tour and when I saw how much she had grown and changed in the time I’d been away it occurred to me that I’m missing too much of her life and that I need to be there for her.” “So Maddie didn’t pressure you into this?” Of course, they all think Maddie is behind this. “No, she would never do that. She knows how much I love touring but I miss her and Brooklyn too much when I’m away and I hate leaving them. That’s why we are taking a break from touring.” “Okay, I think that’s it from the boys, thank you for coming!” Catherine said before we all stood up and walked out again. Once we were back in the corridor I spoke, “Urgh, it annoys me so much that people think Maddie is to blame for everything!” Louis turned to me before the others. “I know, she’s not though and you know that, we all wanted this Haz. It’s not like we’re not going to see each other or work together anymore. We’re still going to be making music and videos and stuff, just not touring. It gives us an opportunity to do other things with our lives and we all wanted that.” Louis said, the others agreed. We got into the van and drove back home again. All the boys came into my house except Louis who went home to check on Eleanor. “Where’s Maddie?” Zayn asked when we walked into the empty house. “Uni,” I replied sitting down on the couch. The others sat down too. “What are you guys going to do with your free time then?” I inquired. “Just spend time with Danielle, plan the wedding and stuff like that.” Liam said. “I want to spend more time with Perrie and stuff like that, I might go back to Bradford for a while too.” Zayn answered. “I don’t know, chill out really. Touring is so stressful.” Niall said. We sat talking for a few hours before the door opened and Maddie came in. “Hi boys,” she greeted us before running upstairs. “She’s in a rush,” Liam commented. “No doubt she’s off to work, this is what she does, she gets home, runs upstairs, gets changed and goes to work.” I told them. They all nodded before Maddie came back downstairs. “Babe?” I said. “Mhm,” she put her head through the door. “Where’s Brooklyn?” I asked. “Shit. I forgot to go and get her and I need to go to work, can you do it?” She cursed. “Okay, see you later.” I said. “Erm, I doubt that, I’m working on my music video at the moment so I’ll be home late but I’ll see you tomorrow.” She walked in and kissed me before running out the door and getting into the car. “See,” I looked at the boys. “She’s run off her feet.” “I know, anyway, I have to go and get my daughter, you are welcome to stay here until I get back and then I’ll take you two back home.” I looked at Liam and Niall. “Okay thanks,” They said as I grabbed my keys and pulled my shoes on. I got into my car and drove to the nursery. I walked inside and Brooklyn crawled to me. I picked her up and went to sign her out. The helper was standing by the door. “Sorry I’m late, Maddie was rushed off her feet and didn’t have time to pick her up.” I told her. “Don’t worry about it, we’re just happy to see her back, I know she isn’t going to be in everyday though.” “Yeah I just wanted to spend some time with her, but she will come in every now and then.” I smiled. She smiled back and said goodbye to Brooklyn before we went home. I went inside and Niall and Liam were ready to go. “Alright, let’s go, Zayn you can stay or go I don’t mind.” I said. “I’ll go, Perrie gets home soon so I want to see her, have a good evening.” He said standing up. We got into the car and Zayn walked home. “So, Liam, are you and Danielle going to move in around by our house?” I asked him. “Yeah probably, I guess we’ll all end up living around there soon!” He looked at Niall and Niall nodded. I dropped the boys off and went back home. I played with Brooke before putting her to bed and then I watched a film before going to sleep myself. I heard Maddie come in at about 11. “Hey,” I whispered. “Hiya,” “How did it go?” I asked. “Urm, yeah good, I’ve still got another two shoots to go but it’s good.” She said getting into bed. I put my arm around her waist. “God woman, there’s nothing of you, what size are you now?” I asked. “A 4,” she told me. “Why?” I questioned. “Modelling, go to sleep Harry.” She said before closing her eyes. We both fell asleep.

Saturday: Maddie’s P.O.V
I woke up and looked at Harry. He was still fast asleep so I decided not to wake him. I have to go into work briefly to film a bit more of my music video but then I get to come home and get ready to go and see Michael McIntyre. I got dressed and Harry was just waking up. “I’m going to go baby, the sooner I leave, the sooner I can come home, I love you.” “I love you too,” he said in his morning voice. I giggled and walked down the stairs. I went outside and got into my car. I drove to work and walked inside. I knew where I was today already because Isabelle texted me. I walked to the room and Chris was there. “You know, you working shorter hours really doesn’t help us,” “I’m not ruining my marriage for this job. I’m doing shorter hours so I can spend time with my family.” I told him. “We know but we can’t help but think that you’re spending too much time with them.” “I go to Uni 4 days a week, have two jobs and a baby, I’m rushed off my feet, I don’t spend much time with my family and I want to. That’s why I’ve cut down my hours.” “Okay, let’s just get on with this.” We managed to shoot the second part of three of my music video before lunch and then I left. I drove home and Harry was in the living room. “Hey,” he said. “Hiya,” I said sitting next to him and resting my head on his arm. “Tiring day?” “Yeah, I’ve done two thirds of my music video now.” I told him. “Okay, well you can sleep for a bit if you want.” He said stroking my hair. I fell asleep like that. “Mads, you gotta get ready.” Harry told me. I opened my eyes and looked at him. “Hey beautiful, it’s nearly time to go. Brooke is with Liam and Danielle so we can leave as soon as you’re ready.” He told me. I smiled and walked upstairs. I got changed and did my hair quickly before going back downstairs. We got into Harry’s car and drove to the O2 where Michael McIntyre is performing. We got out of the car and went inside. We took our seats and the teenage girls around us went a bit wild. I looked at Harry and he just laughed. We waited for a while before Michael came onto the stage. “I’ve heard a rumour that there are a couple of pop stars here tonight, is that right? Can anyone find Maddie and Harry Styles?” He said. I shrunk in my seat and the girls around us screamed. Thanks. “So they are here! Can’t make any jokes about pop stars tonight then can I?” He said. We laughed and he started the show. We were laughing for the whole time, I love Michael McIntyre, he’s hilarious. He did make the occasional dig about pop stars but we didn’t care. It’s just our career, not our lives. Our lives are each other and Brooklyn. He finished and everyone started to leave but we stuck around for a while. “Why aren’t we leaving?” “Because I’m the best husband in the world and managed to arrange for us to meet him.” Harry laughed. I sat shocked for a while. “Thank you.” I said. “Anything for you,” he kissed me. Everyone left and we were the only ones in there. Harry stood up and pulled me down to the front. Michael walked out. “Hey guys, enjoy the show?” He asked. “It was amazing, the most I’ve laughed in ages.” Harry said. “I’m glad you had a good time, I heard this was your birthday present?” He turned to me. “Yeah it was,” I confirmed. “Well Harry is a pretty good husband then isn’t he?” Michael laughed. “The best,” I smiled at Harry and he squeezed my hand. “Anyway, I’m glad you guys had a good time but I’ve got to go, feel free to stick around though.” He said before walking backstage. “I love you so much.” I told Harry. “I love you too gorgeous, follow me.” He said walking toward some steps. He walked up them and onto the stage with me following after him. “Someday, you will be performing here.” He said. “You think so?” I asked. “I know so. And I’ll be sitting watching you.” He smiled before walking over to a box. He pulled out a microphone and handed it to me. “How did you arrange this?” “I pulled a few strings, I know a few people and I want the best for my wife.” He smiled. “Go on, sing. We’re the only people in here.” He told me. I started to sing Fresh Start and he went and sat in the front row. I finished and he applauded, once he had stopped I could still hear some people clapping. “I lied, we’re not the only ones in here, come down guys.” Harry said. I watched as the boys, Danielle and Perrie came down the stairs. “Before you say anything, Brooke is with Eleanor at home.” Louis told me. I smiled and ran off of the stage to hug them. “You were amazing.” Perrie said. “Thank you,” I answered. “Who is the best husband in the world?” Harry asked. “You are,” I replied before kissing him. “Can we tell them?” He whispered. I thought for a moment and nodded. “We have something to tell you guys.” Harry said. I held his hand. “I’m pregnant again…” I told them. They all smiled. “Congratulations guys!” They said. I hugged Harry. “Thank you,” I smiled. “I’m so happy.” I said to Harry before he picked me up and kissed me. “Me too, I love you Mrs Styles.” “I love you too Mr Styles.” I grinned. “Awhhh,” They all said making us laugh. Harry put me down. “By the way, we’ve set a date for the wedding.” Dani told everyone. “When for?” I asked. “Next month, so you need to tell that baby not to show so you can fit in your dress! We’re going to go looking when El has had the twins.” She said. “You want me to be a bridesmaid?” I questioned. “Of course I do, maid of honour actually, seeing as you’re married and have experience, I’ve spoken to El and Perrie and my sister and they all said that they didn’t mind.” I stood shocked for a minute before hugging her. “Thank you!!” I said. “I told you!!” Liam reminded me. “I love you guys,” I hugged them both and they laughed. “We love you too Maddie.” They replied. “And we suddenly feel left out,” the others said. We laughed and all the others joined in making it a group hug. I love my friends.
